This hotel is too old. It needs to be renovated. Stuff are friendly

The hotel is clean, the room is big, the staff is friendly and nice, not far from BTS.

the hotel staff is friendly, and provides airport shuttle service. cleanliness in the lobby and around is quite clean, comfortable and fresh air around. the waiting room is quite spacious. the room is also quite spacious, not too narrow. the bathroom is also quite clean. the cleaning service there is undoubtedly friendly.

My friends and me went to Bangkok for 7 days, I find this hotel has a good location, near to both BTS and it's walking distance. Hotel staff were polite and kind to every customer. The rooms were clean too including the bathroom. They provide drinks too in the lobby for those who feel thirst after any activities around the town. The hotel's location is also in a quiet area, quite far from big streets. It was an awesome holiday. 🙂👍

Why only 3 out if four? The hotel is fine, but we decided to upgrade our room to an apartment. After a few nights, a man (I will not name here) came from the hotel late at night and told us we had to move back to the hotel because they found an electrical problem. At this point, we had purchased food and other supplies which would be useless to us in the hotel as there was no kitchen there. So I asked what compensation we would receive. He said he would refund the entire upgrade cost, including nights already spent in the apartment, so we agreed. When I asked for it in writing, he started to backpedal, saying he needed to speak to the GM (up until that moment, we assumed he was the GM). Anyway, long story short, I spoke to the GM who agreed to the full refund. A lot of my vacation time was wasted on this, but apart from that, we enjoyed the hotel. Breakfast was very basic, so we went out. Room service food was nice.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, they upgraded my room to a really huge suite.

Kingston is good in general except if you are travelling via public transport with large luggages. It is quite a bit of a walk between the BTS/MRT station (both Nana/Asoke/Sukhumvit) through the road with poor and bumpy sidewalks. Your luggage needs to go on and survive tarmac/asphalt and uneven bumpy side walks which is intermittently curbed. However, if you are arriving and departing the hotel by car, then not an issue.

kingstoon is nice, clean and friendly, the main thing is that my family and I are satisfied with the service provided by kingstoon hotel.

I enjoyed my stay here. Location is strategic, room is spacious and their staff are friendly and attentive to hotel guests. Will stay if I visit Bangkok again in future.

This hotel is perfect, I stayed here for 8 days from 27th July to 3rd August 2023 for vacation, and I was given the best room with good furniture and the right price. The employees here are very nice and very helpful. Its location is close to Terminal 21 and makes it a great base for sightseeing around Sukhumvit. Thank you for your hospitality during my stay there.

I booked the Kingston suite hotel and they said they upgraded to accommodation for free. I thought it would be better but no. The room is quite big but ancient & the smell is bad. Very disappointed ☹.

I booked 2 singles bed but then they end up put me in a double bed and in an old condo next door, with no signal TV, since no room left in the main hotel building. I will never come back or suggest this hotel to anyone else!

ห้องเป็นไปตามรูปนะคะ แต่ตึกที่ได้ไปอยู่เป็นตึกคอนโดห้องมีกลิ่นอัป กลิ่นสี ถ้าเปิดกระจกทิ้งไว้กลิ่นดีขึ้น กระจกไม่มีการเช็ด และพบลูกแมลงสาบ แอร์ค่อนข้างเสียงดัง ลิฟดีนะคะรวดเร็วมี 2 ตัว รักษาความปลอดภัยดีค่ะ

Khách sạn gần trung tâm, vị trí thuận tiện, phòng cũng đẹp. Tuy nhiên sáng và tối thì nước có mùi tanh rất khó chịu. Hành lang tầng 1 mùi cũ bốc lên nồng. Bữa sáng ít món lắm

Big room, very cold air conditioner, clean, good service.
