everything was excellent, my husband and i loved the hot tub in our room and also the public hot tub downstairs, we didn’t it get in the pool bc it was way too cold. but we were pleased with the cleanliness of the room. we will be staying here again.

The staff built over backwards to help us. They were very friendly. When we go that way again, we will absolutely stay there. The night we arrived they had tornado warnings in the area and they took us right in and make sure everything was OK on our room. You could not ask nicer people.

Pool and hot the were main attraction for us… excellent stay

Good location, very amenable staff, pretty weak breakfast offerings...tried to checkout early after a two night stay because I had a family emergency...no one at the front desk at 11 AM and breakfast attendant said they would be back in an hour...found out when I got home that I had been charged for a 3rd night...currently the charges are in dispute with the property

We loved the hott tub n the second shift Mon through Friday shift guy was awesome !

The stay was ok, but the hot water didn’t really work to well. It got very cold multiple times while on hot, very very discomfiting.

Everything was fine

The 1st night was vrry relaxing but the 2nd not so much. The guest above me walked and stomped all night. Couldn't sleep. However, that was not the hotels fault.

Unless I miss read the hotel listing, the hotel does not have a bar. Everything else was wonderful. The young man at the front desk could not have been better. He checked us in, showed us the nearest bar/restaurant, got us extra coffee and even fixed our tv. Hotel was very clean and breakfast was good!

The delivery ought be no-brainer! How local pizza driver no know a landmark of Country inn &Suites? That delivery failure made our trip more exhausting! #DoBetter in communication with local businesses or else we will vacation somewhere else!
