Everything was good. And the hotel is very nice.

The check-in process was fairly disappointing upon being provided with a room it was obvious that the room had not been clean properly as the carpet was clearly unclean and the shelving and sidetables has visible dust present. So I went back to the reception and as for an alternate room which was provided however whilst the carpet in the new room was it in a better condition in the first in the room still wasn't to clean to a standard I would have expected. I went down to the reception again and asked one of the receptionist and they told me somebody would be there later that day to clean the room. However, this never happened, so I ask them again later in the day and they informed me that someone would come around the next day which never happened. I had actually ask one of the cleaners on the floor to to see if they could also tidy the room which the lady did which i very much appreciated. The single beds were smaller than the usual standard single whichbwas disappointing. Whilst there was a reasonable variety of food on the menu none of the heated food served was hot which was disappointing, the scrambled egg tasted odd with somewhat of almost of plastic smell and taste to it. Also in the elevators there images of a the breakfast which appear including items such as fried eggs and sausages, which aren't miniature frankfurters/hotdogs. However neither of these items were actually available. Jacuzzi was sloghtly disappointing as the water was barely lukewarm.

Acceptable for a one-night stay, but for a longer visit it becomes inconvenient that the room cannot be ventilated, as the window cannot be opened. The pillows offered at the standard price are of very poor quality, as are the towels.

Fairly new and modern hotel. Room and bathroom were a good size and very comfortable. Hotel staff were very helpful and the breakfast was great. The hotel was away from the old town but within walking distance. There is a large shopping centre very close but I did not find much in the way of restaurants in the area.

Fantastic hotel - location & facilities are spot on. It’s close to Riga’s coach and rail stations, as well all major shopping centres, beautiful park and Old Riga. The staff were great and we loved our lovely & modern room, with great view, fridge and tea/coffee facilities. It was incredibly quiet, so a good sleep was a bonus! Will stay again when in Riga next.

Great venue. Close to airport bus drop off. Lots of shops. Walkable to tourist areas. Friendly staff. Only negative room isnt cleaned until day 3...fine with not changing sheets/towels but would like bin emptied daily

Great place

The twin room our group occupied was small but clean and in good condition. One of us has to moved room because it smelled of sewage. Breakfast was good.

There is no room cleaning (not good) until night 3 or 4. This should be clearly spelled out on Expedia. You have to ask and insist for room cleaning, until you get a staff member that will accomodate this (not great customer service either).

Amazing hotel with great amenities and a wonderful breakfast

Three night stay - room not cleaned (ECO nonsense) despite our requests. Clean Towels only after repeated requests. In heavy rain my wife asked for some milk for tea - they refused and insisted she go to the supermarket for a small amount of milk! Definitely not 4 star or even 3!

Tallink Hotel was very nice and I highly recommend it. The only glitch we had was that our room cards kept expiring every day even though we were there for a three day visit. Very good breakfast and hotel staff was extremely nice.

Good location, near station and old town. Friendly staff. Shower would easily fill with water and did not drain quickly enough.
