Expedia Group verified review
Property was acceptable, staff average my room was new redecorated and was cute. Unfortunately after my attempts to reach out to the hotel with no response , I requested a room on the main floor due to a disability I finally contacted Expedia customer service who were wonderful and I got my 1st floor room. I must say the concierge service at the hotel were good. I would not have stayed there but wanted to connect with my other brother-in law and sister in law who go with the group. I stated last time I would not go back, but my bad, wanted to vacation with them again, so I went thru Expedia’s- prices were excellent, a package with flight-transportation and accommodations-perfect / I am a single traveler and usually pay twice as much as couples. Anyway back to hotel, overall OK, but the food was 3rd rate, only 2 of the specialty restaurants were good - the Italian and the Japanese had great food. All the buffets’s were subpar, bars lacking premium alcohol and service was slow.
