Overall good place to stay. I did have to wait after my check in time to be given a key to my room due to them running late. I would also recommend opting out the breakfast buffet as it not worth what they charge for it, instead you should venture outside of the hotel to find better breakfast food En general, fue un buen lugar para quedarme. Tuve que esperar un poco después de la hora del check-in porque iban retrasados con las habitaciones. También recomiendo no pagar por el desayuno buffet, no vale lo que cobran. Mejor sal del hotel y busca algo más rico afuera.

All perfect except the noise from a weeding in the side block

The breakfast was ok. The staff was excellent. The location is perfect. To stay in GDL for shopping, business or just to relax and visit.

There was a long wait time to get our room. We were booked king bed and they gave us two queen beds. Hotel was dirty, room restroom was used.

Whenever I visit my alma mater, this is my go-to option. It’s close, walking distance, and extremely comfortable.

No servia el aire acondicionado del cuarto, estábamos a 30 grados centígrados, lo reportamos desde que llegamos y no nos hicieron caso nunca hasta la última noche nos movieron a otro cuarto, bastante mal hotel para el precio

Property was being renovated, stayed 3 nights, the earliest the room was cleaned up late 6 pm, seemed there was not enough housekeeping staff

Clean and the staff are very kind - breakfast is good!!

Wish the offered free breakfast on the weekends for the kids at least!

Excellent place.

-The platinum perks offered by Expedia weren't fullified by the hotel. -The hotel is under renovation, so you can hear construction noises very early on the morning. -The restaurant service is terrible, it takes 15 minutes to deliver a plate of fruit, the servers were having an argument between them so they weren't attending. The supervisor was stuck in his computer so he wasn't aware of what was happening.When the food was received it was cold.

I loved that I was able to walk to the venue to see Mana. I walked during the day and at night and felt completely safe. The staff was wonderful.
