Good option in budget. It’s 30 min drive to the falls

No housecleaning on weekends; noone ever cleaned our room and we were there for 5 days.

We had a nice stay Thursday and Friday night. Saturday night the other guest were extremely loud when trying to sleep which was after 2am. Bed was comfortable. Front desk employees could have been a little more inviting.

Hotel it’s ok from outside but from inside the rooms very old furniture and in around sofa , found couple of roaches , need improve Breakfast was horrible and no coffee and no cups for the coffee , when I ask to attendant for one he said we don’t have any more , we out of it , same as regular coffee I guess you get what you pay , because I stay only one night , I didn’t make it big deal I won’t go back to this hotel I prefer to pay little extra but sleep comfortably and clean

NEVER have I encountered a room in this condition. I would expect this from a cheap chain of hotels, not IHG. There was pet urine & feces stain throughout the carpet/furniture. Desk chair chewed up. Room was unsanitary

It was amazing the kids had fun it was comfortable, and the rooms loved it was a little apartment for our family of 5

Was a great time with family to celebrate the UTSA graduation ceremony of my daughter. We will be able surprise her with a gift leave in front desk. The room is very comfortable, the rooms has great space and all things you need. The kitchen is awesome too. We only missed the texas waffles in the breakfast

Check in was easy, the room was nice and very clean

The room was ok. It did have a bad smell, maybe from sink…not sure where it was coming from. The bedding needed to be replaced. Asked for entire bedding including pillows, but they only brought sheets, pillow cases, and cover. Also, it took a while for requests to be brought to the room. It was nice and quiet during our stay. The breakfast was decent. Checkout at 12pm was nice as well.

This property was advertised as pet friendly. We took our 2 medium size dogs. Our room smelled of urine. We had to spray to cover the smell. The pet areas were not taken care of. They had trash and a lot of debris. There were no poop bags or receptacles to throw poop away afterwards. The breakfasts were less than ideal, and that was our second reason for choosing this hotel. The hallways didn’t look like they had been vacuumed in a while.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. I appreciated the amenities and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Would definitely stay here again

did not stay at hotel, could not find signage with total traffic construction on road ! when i booked there was no exit info for hotel !. total nightmare trying ti find hotel, exspecially if not from area! Thanks for charge of non exisitence stay!

This hotel has a good size suites nonetheless it packs a funky smell & their A/C went out on our suite. The hotel management gave us three options. Stay in the room w/o A/C, downsize from a suite of 5 to a suite of 4, or checkout. When asked about a refund they refused and referred us to Expedita. Expedia had the same results, Hotel refused to refund to Expedia as well. So, Be aware of this hotel....

Looks like they were short off staff i was 5 days at the hotel and just 2 of the 5 days the rooms were cleaned
