I rented a hotel for my boss, didn't hear anything from him so I rate it 5 stars

The room space is ok, not too small and not too big (if you're alone). The location is great, since it nears tourist spot so you can just walk around. The staff and receptionist are friendly and helpful. However, the soundproof needs improvement cause I can hear people talking LOUDLY from below floor and they were literally screaming. The food from the breakfast is meh tbh, out of 6 nights that I stayed, I only had breakfast there for the first 2 nights. There were 2 times (different day) that the air conditioner was not working (it was HOT). First time at night, and turned out all floors from 4 and below facing the same issue with me. I was already tired so I didn't request to change room and the aircon went back to normal when I slept lol. Second time, it was morning when so I had to ask the staff to check since I sweat a lot and I need to get ready to go. 3/5 for me.

Location is superb in the halal food area. Near Benh Thanh Market and Saigon Square is the best part. Food is great and the staff was nice.

The second time I came to this hotel, my family and I felt the service here was very good, had a good sleep, the food was clean and tasty even though I am from the central region, not the south.

The room is not soundproof, at 1AM I can still hear the sound of water flushing and noise from the next room, can't sleep.

The hotel itself is quite nice and the staff are helpful and friendly, although some staff at restaurants and bars can't speak English. However, the soundproofing of the room is pretty bad, especially we were given a room at 8th floor just below the restaurant. You will be disturbed by the kitchen preparation early in the morning like 4ish. Table moving sound, water pump sound, water flowing and some kitchen utensils sound. If someone close door harder from outside also can hear it clearly.

The hotel is near Ben Thanh Market, suitable for going around District 1. The staff is attentive and friendly. Breakfast is varied, suitable for our two picky eaters. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, 10/10 for standing showers. Special thanks to Mr. Dennis for his enthusiastic support at check out.

Nice service, soundproofing is not very good but not a problem, near Ben Thanh market and near delicious restaurants. The room is clean and fragrant. When I got back, I had to ask CS what essential oils the hotel used :D

Everything is wonderful. The only minus point is that there is no car parking.

Coincidentally and randomly, I hesitated to choose many hotels but finally chose Cochin Sang, I booked 3 days 2 nights here..... and on the day of check-in, I saw that the room number matched my birthday. When I came back from the trip, I saw that the hotel receptionist thoughtfully gave me a birthday cake, I was very happy, surprised and amazed. Thank you Cochin Sang for giving me such an interesting and impressive experience. The hotel is very close to Ben Thanh market, the room space is not too large but very clean, the only negative point is that the room is not soundproofed well. If I come back for work, I will still choose Cochin Sang.
