- I booked a room here and received a 200k VND voucher for a massage. The staff didn't mention that I needed to book an appointment beforehand, saying I just needed to go to Cochin Zen on branch 1. My parents and I went there (three of us), waited for 30 minutes, and were then told there were no appointments and we had to leave. - Secondly, the room suddenly had a very strong, pungent smell, like animal feces. I reported it to the staff, and they said the air conditioner was damp and I had to change rooms. However, I booked a large room with a window, but they only changed me to a small room with terrible soundproofing. I could even hear the bathroom in the next room. My baby would startle and cry whenever the next room used the toilet. It was a very bad experience for a family with a young child like ours.

The location is strategic, close to Ben Thanh Market. There are many halal restaurants nearby, so it's recommended for Muslim travelers. The rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly.

The staff were enthusiastic, and the location was very close to Ben Thanh Market. However, the restroom was truly terrible, with many small cockroaches in the toilet and in the trash can. I probably won't return here on my next trip.

The room space is ok, not too small and not too big (if you're alone). The location is great, since it nears tourist spot so you can just walk around. The staff and receptionist are friendly and helpful. However, the soundproof needs improvement cause I can hear people talking LOUDLY from below floor and they were literally screaming. The food from the breakfast is meh tbh, out of 6 nights that I stayed, I only had breakfast there for the first 2 nights. There were 2 times (different day) that the air conditioner was not working (it was HOT). First time at night, and turned out all floors from 4 and below facing the same issue with me. I was already tired so I didn't request to change room and the aircon went back to normal when I slept lol. Second time, it was morning when so I had to ask the staff to check since I sweat a lot and I need to get ready to go. 3/5 for me.

Location is superb in the halal food area. Near Benh Thanh Market and Saigon Square is the best part. Food is great and the staff was nice.
