The reception staff both when checking in and departing were very kind and helpful. The bedroom was a reasonable size and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was excellent, there were plenty of toiletries, a hairdryer, good quality towels and a heated towelrail. The location suited our needs as we could walk to the railway station.

I didn't have breakfast as I left early, however, great staff, clean rooms and a lovely spa. One of the best hotels I've stayed in.

Awful experience with Expedia and the hotel

We booked for the night while travelling. Unfortunately due to an error when we arrived they said the reservation was for next week and that there were no rooms. They completely refused to refund our reservation and said they needed to await their manager on the Monday. Note that we arrived within hours of booking the room and the booking was for the following week so they can hardly say we were blocking the room. On advoce from the hotel staff I contacted Hotels.com via the online chat service and the agent reassured me that the team would deal with my cancellation and speak to the staff about a refund. The following week the hotel called to ask when I was arriving. They had not recorded our cancellation at all. I am very disappointed with both the and with hotels.com for their terrible service and unfair practices.

We stayed in a studio which slept 4, it was ideal for our family. Very well equipped rooms with everything you could need. We used the spa which was a bonus, very clean and quiet although on the small side it was very enjoyable. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms, we rented two rooms for the family one with great air conditioning and the other one in the second floor had an issue with the AC, the staff tried to helped but didn’t resolve the issue. It was warm in Mid July otherwise great little hotel

Very clean, great location and good value for money

The location was perfect. 5min to the trainsation. 10min to the old town. Newly refurbished and very clean. Lovely smart Tv with Chromecast. Bring your swimmong costume to enjoy the wellness centre.

Not very busy. Relaxing. Great hotel all round

Located adjacent to the train station (about a 3 block walk), the hotel is clean and staff very professional. We enjoyed the pool, sauna, and steam room which offered a nice get away in the heart of Limoges.

Really comfortable stay, lovely staff

Would had a two night stay one on the Friday and one on the Sunday and during both stays the staff were so helpful, considerate, and very pleasant especially Etienne and Jamel we will definitely stay again. The breakfast was really good value 😊

The staff were excellent especially Jamel and Etienne nothing was too much trouble and they provided a pleasant experience and are an asset to the hotel 😊. The rooms were clean and well equipped and we would stay there again 👍 we enjoyed our two night stay
