Staff were very friendly

Staff very good and enjoyed the location and overall facilities and space. The walls of the room were incredibly thin and you could hear people whispering next door. Very disappointing aspect of an otherwise good hotel.

Great hotel, check in was easy. The gym was great, pool was busy! Dinner was nice (Seabass), I chose to eat in the bar. Very peaceful location, I'd definately stay there again if I was ever in the area.

Great hotel, Caroline on reception was fantastic, friendly, gave me lots of information & showed me to my room, impressive! Pool, sauna, steam rooms & jacuzzi, wonderful! My room was great, large with outside balcony, jacuzzi bath & separate shower, and amazing! Josh in the bar was awesome! Hannah at breakfast was excellent! All staff attentive, & positive. 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Food was super yummy 😋😋

Hotels beautiful, extremely clean lovely spa sauna is nice and hot. Steam rooms got plenty of steam and the steak I had for dinner was superb very happy lady nice day thank you.

Everywhere in the hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff were brilliant, especially the reception and breakfast ladies. Full English was exceptional. Evening meal was very good quality and reasonably priced. The spa was quality, and clean. We shall definitely be returning in the new year *****

Absolutely lovely hotel, stayed there as was attending a Xmas party. Check in was great, room was big, very clean and plenty of towels etc. Tea & coffee was great, nice fresh ground coffee bags a nice change from sachets of instant coffee. Breakfast was amazing, plenty of choice, refreshed quickly with very nicely cooked quality food. Table menu was very good too, I opted for 2 poached eggs which were absolutely perfect and again lovely dark rich yolks which you only get with good quality eggs. We didn’t use the leisure facilities on this occasion but would next time. Thanks for a great experience. Ed & Mel room 31

Cleanliness of Hotel and lovely staff

Lovely, clean, quiet, and spacious courtyard double room with a patio. Staff very polite and professional. Provisional bill on checkout day had few items that i did not order, so a visit to the Reception desk helped to remove these items with no bother, and the revised bill was reissued with the correct items. The spa and leisure facilities were perfect and my full body aromatherapy massage treatment was so relaxing. The hotel's little touches were so thoughtful, for example the umbrellas dotted around and the blanket basket in the garden room. The only things I missed were a water fountain in the reception area and camomile teabags in my room. Overall, a lovely place to stay for the weekend and I would definitely go back again.

This is the second time we’ve been to Park Farm Hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are big and clean, the location is peaceful and the food is great. The hotel has great facilities and the staff are very friendly. We will definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first stay at the hotel. The room was very bright, clean and stocked with everything we needed. The pool/spa was great and not too overcrowded when we went at 4pm. The changing rooms looked brand new and kept very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast, the buffet was delicious. The only criticism was that a breakfast menu was offered anlongside the buffet for things like eggs on toast etc. We ordered avocado and poached egg on toast and it took 35 minutes to arrive. Overall though, we had a lovely stay
