It was a good basic room. But there were issues with light leaking trough curtains and was not able to blackout the room.

Nice staff, rooms were wildly different though. Mine was small and stank of mould, my traveling partner had a massive room that smelled fine. Wifi is very annoying as they give you a new pass every day but are slow about it and you keep having to log back in. But for price and location it's fine. Breakfast good too.

Although the staff of this hotel was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and nice, the property itself is extremely outdated, with filthy furniture, and old plumbery. It surely needs to be refurbished, and it is ridiculously overpriced. Although my trip was for 3 nights, I Switched to another hotel JüSTa Mg Road which was alright. Thanks to the staff for moving me with no hastle

The staff here is fantastic. They are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and the housekeeping does a great job keeping your room clean. The receptionist(s) were always very helpful. The hotel is in a very good central location. You can walk to many popular destinations within 20 minutes. The internet was slow, but on-par with most hotels (most hotels need improvement here). The breakfast is underwhelming, but better than the typical continental breakfast you'd find in the USA. I would stay in this hotel again, it was a great experience.

I doubt you will have anything to complain about this hotel, Great location, calm place, clean and good looking rooms, great complimentary breakfast menu, good room service and good food in room service. Only nitpicking was the remote of the set top box which was difficult to operate

We stayed at the justa for 3 nights. A very pleasant hotel, the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially monica and hari on reception. Food was excellent, good rooftop restaurant.

This was my second stay in 5 weeks and once again all was great. Even although breakfast was not served until 7am, management made sure we had ours at earlier as we had an early flight.....that is what I call service!

Best hidden gem of a hotel I have stayed in. Only one problem was that the safe way just lying on a shelf whereas I feel it should have been bolted to the wall.

Nice hotel to select if you are a couple ,Rooms are clean and spacious with good ventilation.

Was on weekend visit to Bangalore to be with my son from Manipal. The hotel is centrally located and that was the reason for choosing it. The staff was helpful and room was clean. Did not try there restaurant apart from breakfast.Overall nice play to stay

In my opinion the Justas's biggest asset is its staff. They go out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one and are always ready to help with any request promptly. I give all of them a 5 star rating. Location is good, within walking distance to MG Road, Central Mall and several good Restaurants. I consider the Justa a good 3 1/2 star Budget Hotel.

I have booked this hotel via Hotel.Com website and a booking confirmation and hotel voucher was given. When I arrived at the Hotel in India, I was told by the hotel that they did not receive any booking details. The hotel then arrange to transfer me to another hotel which is old and tired. I wonder whose fault is it that such arrangement can be screwed up. Not my fault definitely. I have paid for a room but get something lousy in return.

Room was very nice and clean and the staff was very helpful. Central location and an amazing value for money. The aircon stopped working in the middle of the night and we were forced to open the windows, but overall a very nice stay.

Location was very central -- a well known area that was easy to find and navigate to. The hotel was a small hotel set in a local neighbourhood and next to a great restaurant. Staff were extremely helpful and very welcoming. Complimentary breakfast was good with lots of options. The rooms were clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling and looking for 'Western style' comforts in India as we found it very relaxing and comfortable.
