The property where we stayed was very unclean and lots of dust under the beds. As we arrived to our room, there was an incident where a person was thrown out of the room. She was shouting and the police arrived afterwards. For the whole stay, we didn’t had internet, it was very poor Wi-Fi, we had to go the reception and report it but they kept giving us lots of papers for the Wi-Fi which still didn’t work. Also the bathtub was blocked through out, we reported it but it wasnt a quick repair until we left. So we couldn’t have a proper bath. The whole room was not made for a holiday weekend for families, it’s only made for poor immigrants. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there because it’s not worth the stay and have poor conditions like we have experienced.

We were in Saint-Etienne for the Rugby World Cup. This hotel is ideally located to the city Center. Tram rides to the stadium were very convenient.

The receptionist was very nice, however we had wifi connection issues. I had called ahead to ask for a parking space and it was there for me although I arrived late.

Secluded 2 star hotel that exceeded my expectations. Reception welcoming, bed comfortable and room OK but no milk. Continental breakfast was also good.

We had a room with one queen bed and one single bed. It was very comfortable with nice large windows which could be opened. The shower was good, but it seemed to leek onto the floor quite a bit. Wifi didn't work in our room, but it worked if sitting in an area with comfortable chairs/couches by the stairs. Location is very convenient to the tram and main area. Overall a very enjoyable stay!

I often chose this hotel when I make the trip to St Etienne It's right in the city center, so plenty of options for your evening at walking distance. Owners are very friendly, always greet you with a smile. Breakfast selection is pretty good, with some fresh juices and pastries among others. Rates are reasonable. The only comments I could have for this place would be the internet service (in some rooms, it works fine, but in others, it is very difficult to even get a signal); and occasionally, since rooms don't have A/C, it can get really hot in there. Other than that I'm usually very happy with my stays at the Furania.

arrived at Sat 11am and was allowed straight to room so assume not full. great to have onsite gated parking - although struggled with gate! easy access to main square - and also only 10mins stroll to st Jacques area with all the bars and restaurants. didn't have breakfast as leaving early but are options on the main square.

Plein centre de St-Etienne à proximité des trams et commerces. Très bien situé, simple et propre.

Un peu triste la chambre, plaques de faux plafond absente, pas de protège matelas, douche limites en ouverture, propreté limite

Lo único bueno de la estancia fueron la comodidad de las camas y la ubicación en pleno centro, el alojamiento viejo y descuidado. Desayuno justo y no reponían lo que se acababa. Llegamos tarde y las llaves de nuestra habitación estaban en un mostrador al alcance de cualquiera que hubiera querido entrar. Desproporcionado calidad/precio. No lo recomiendo

c'est la troisième fois que nous venons en couple dans cet hôtel bien situé dans le centre de la ville. Nous avons trouvé les chambres bruyantes et peu propres ! cheveux, poussière sur étagère, manque de portemanteaux, etc. et le tarif que nous avons payé était élevé pour la qualité de la prestation.la personne à l'entrée est disponible, les petits déjeuners très bien, dommage !! il faudrait changer les femmes de ménage.

Die Unterkunft ist zum einen renovierungsbedürftig und zum anderen mangelt es an Sauberkeit. Die Dame an der Rezeption war zwar freundlich und hat uns ein anderes Zimmer gegeben, wo es etwas besser war, aber der Geruch durch Gebrauch von Waschbecken und Toilette zunehmend unerträglicher wurde.

Peintures des murs de la salle de bain qui s'effrite, carrelage au sol très ancien et douteux. Literie propre . Environnement pas sécurisé Parking intérieur proposé a 8e.

Personnel très aimable et à l'écoute. Concernant les locaux et le mobilier, tout serait à rénover surtout la salle de bain et la literie.
