Great stay for Le Mans. Laval is a beautiful city. The air quality inside the room was not the best if you have allergies or asthma.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Everything we needed, comfortable and clean.

Super staff, both evening and morning desk clerks were friendly and helpful, particularly Roberto in the morning who made sure he spoke to all guests at breakfast, checking all was OK. Tiny garage but ample free parking on street for free after 18h. We were able to leave our bikes in the garage for security. This hotel and staff are a credit to Ibis Styles

Laval is ok as a stopover. Looked like nowhere to eat Sunday night but go up to the bit of old town over the river and look for L'Orfevre, a nice little restaurant which has just two choices for each course and you get a very reasonable meal at a reasonable price (19 Euros? for two courses I think) cooked by a proper unpretentious chef. There was duck or hake; both were very good.

Issues at check in, room card deactivated after asking receptionist twice was card updated, 4 am fire alarm with 5 hotel guests resident, no update no room phone call. Not a secure feeling.

The service at this hotel was second to none. Both the daytime and nighttime staff went above and beyond to make this a lovely stay. I had car trouble while in Laval. The daytime manager did everything imaginable to assist me in getting the issue resolved. I am forever thankful for his help in my time of need. Truly five star service.

Great spot for an overnight stay in Laval. Rooms comfortable and location great for an evening walkabout. Breakfast was okay but not great. I’d stay there again.

It was a very NEW and very clean room - everything felt new and nice, it was like the shower hadn't even been used before. The room is a little bit small and the area (though close to the train station) doesn't have many places to get food nearby - and as there is no food after 10pm at the hotel, I found this difficult as I arrived at 9.30. Breakfast was small in choice but very nicely presented and tasty and the breakfast area is lovey. Overall I would recommend this hotel and I would choose this again if I stayed in the area. I also think it was VERY good value for the money they charge....

Hotel situated in city centre in a quiet location within walking distance from the Laval train station, close to shops, restaurants, river and old town. Staff were very friendly and speak English apart from one reception staff and chambermaids but still very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean with comfortable bed that took most of the room and have to squeeze through the door with a suitcase as bed was in the way. On the whole very good standard and would recommend it.

Très bien situé à Laval. Bonne escale sur la route de Paris. Chambre 409 propre, confortable et très calme. Salle de bain très bien aussi. Bon petit déjeuner avec jus d'orange pressé et tout ce qu'il faut en salé / sucré. Nous repasserons ! Si vous y passez le week-end,nous vous conseillons la visite guidée du château, très bien menée et intéressante.
