The property is in a good location and secure. It needs some TLC but the staff is very friendly and helpful. A decent breakfast too.

Very peaceful and beautiful place to stay. Easy access to Cango Caves and Meerkat experience. Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Welcome drink and warm welcome on arrival. The only minor issue we had was that we noticed quite a few ants in our bedroom in the morning. We would still recommend this place to others.

Spotlessly clean, charming staff, small pool, modern rooms. Does not serve dinner but plenty of nice restaurants nearby.

Super staff, very nice room! Could not log on to WiFi, but that is a minor issue when you're in Zen Country.

This is an oasis - the gardens are beautiful and the whole complex just has a quality feel. The reception kept in touch with me ahead of my arrival and made sure that I was looked after upon arrival. The room was very nice - big enough for what I needed - clean and well-equipped. This is a delightful place to stay with lots of nice touches to welcome you and add to your stay.

We loved our stay here! A good location for us and walking distance to some very nice restaurants. The service from the staff was excellent, and it was such a lovely room.

If I had to make suggestion, it would be to have winter sheeting on the beds and offer more of a tv package for your guests.

We had paid for our room in advance. Our room was 10 degree centigrade on arrival and took 4 hours to warm. When I complained to the duty manager in the morning she just shrugged. There was no remorse nor an apology

Well maintained and tranquil property. Staff was super friendly, with quick Checkin. Room was spacious, very clean, with a lovely, big bathroom with both shower and bath. Beds were comfortable and had a good night's rest. Good quality bedding.

Disappointed that the bathroom did not have a door. The toilet had but getting out of the shower meant hiding around the corner or making sure the curtains to room were closed. Not ideal when staying in a twin room with the opposite sex. Breakfast was reasonable. Omelette was more of a crepe. Some of the buffet food was uncovered, which attracted flies.

This would have been a fantastic stay but we did book economy rooms and they were fairly basic compared to the rooms with private terraces onto the main gardens. Economy rooms seem to be for the drivers (mini bus and coach drivers etc) so I recommend checking where your room will be and perhaps going up a level.

Grounds were lovely as was the garden room we stayed in. Breakfast was great too. Staff really friendly and helpful.

Very nice, but the night before we were to arrive we were told the swimming pool was not functioning. Bearing in mind the one day was in the mid thirties, this was disappointing. Our room had an artisan working all day, on both sides of us. One night I had to ask him to stop hammering on our walls at 8 o' clock at night. The hotel staff and very nice and considerate. management need to up their game.

We were welcomed with a very nice fruit juice when we checked in. Room was very spacious and clean and breakfast was very good and complete!
