Lovely staff, clean rooms, perfect location!

Good location and luxury accommodation in a tourist area, opposite expansive beach and close to many shops and restaurants. Good facilities in the rooms and large balconies. Great breakfast options with sparkling wine available! Pool was rather small for the size of the hotel.

Very well located hotel with beach access directly in front of hotel entrance and across the street from a pedestrian friendly roadway with plenty of shopping and restaurant options. Also a short walk to a local casino. Hotel hot/cold breakfast buffet is wonderful; free beach towel service available. Free hotel wifi was excellent. Room was a modern decor and kept very clean. Staff was helpful and pleasant. If you need a quick ride locally, uber and other ride sharing services were available within a couple of minutes. All round excellent stay and highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly & very helpful. The room on the top floor was excellent with a great view. The breakfast was outstanding & the location of the hotel couldn’t have been better

This is my third time coming to this hotel and can’t fault the hotel or staff really great service, The beach is just 5 minutes away. Breakfast is really good including if you are gluten free.

My only regret is we didnt stay longer lol. Its literally steps from the beach. Close to everything like restuarants, stores, nightlife! 10/10

We went with family for 5 days. It’s very close to beach, cafes and restaurants only issue was the food in the hotel was not great. It’s tasteless ans nothing mich for vegetarian.

It is a decent hotel. Clean comfortable rooms and helpful staff. Great location.

Located on the 8th floor, room 804 overlooking the strip and fabulous views of the beach, massive bed, plus extra lounge area with small kitchen, fresh towels and cleaned everyday, mini bar and free bottle of water, good choice of buffet breakfast , and quiet pool area with bar service, excellent location , close to bars ,restaurants. and shops.

The view of the beach was so nice. The bed was huge and so comfortable. The amenities and breakfast buffet were wonderful. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Special shout out to the pool bartender.

Lovely location opposite the beach, quiet at night, amazingly big room with a balcony looking out at the beach. Plenty of space to sit by the pool when we went and it was great drinking cocktails by the pool but it was too cold to go in the water. Breakfast was really good too with lots of options and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Could not ask for a better location in Portimao. Very central and across the road from the beach. Very extensive breakfast buffet. comfortable room. Very helpful staff. Portimao is about 45 min drive from Faro and 25 min from Lagos, so it's a good central location. Would highly recommend.

Beach view was outstanding! Staff were friendly. I felt that the hotel was very well run by management because everything was perfect.

A nice beach view, and did not use the A/C as we did not need to.
