The restaurant from the hotel was closed the whole week, no breakfast or food at all. I've never seen it before.

Two elevator and air conditioning doesn’t work. The hotel had a problem with energy but didn’t say nothing about in the check in Terrible

Everyone was friendly and made sure you're happy with the service they provided. They truly understand that you are a visitor in their country and that you sometimes need some extra assistance. They also make sure you are safe, whether it is the food you are eating or a trip you are planning, they make sure you are OK.

We have stayed at the Pullman several times and with each stay, we always say how much we like the hotel. From the moment we walk in and are greeted to the room service, everyone is professional and polite. The room is always very clean and comfortable and smells nice. The Pullman is a great hotel.

We love the Pullman hotel . Each time we stay the hotel has been excellent. From the time we walk in with the clean fresh smell to the very accommodating staff, you feel welcome. The artsy decor is very stylish. The rooms have always been clean and comfortable. And morning breakfast is delicious. We will always stay at the Pullman when in São Paulo.
