We have just returned from 7 nights @ this hotel ,& already know we will return. The hotel/apartments are in a great location within easy walking fistance from beach, bars/restaurants, town & coadral walks we loved it. Our apartment was larger than expected, very well presented beds were very comfortable. Staff were all welcoming, helpful & friendly, restaurant was spacious, well run & food choices were plenty making for a really good experience on our first visit.

It is located in a very small village, close to the main drag and beach. We were in a building next door to the main entrance. Everything was clean and modern. The buffet in the morning had something for everyone and the staff was helpful. They ordered me a taxi to Palma even though it was less then 24 hrs and handled transport. I would stay there again and loved the town.

Stayed here before and loved it. Near bus stop and town marina/beach. Food good and service excellent but you do need to pay for drinks in the evening.Room brilliant but a/c struggled to compete with heat from fridge. Liked it so much I stayed an extra night and went to Cabrera.

Loved this hotel. Near centre of town, harbour, town beach and last 502 bus stop.Good breakfast, great evening meal. Good entertainment of what I saw. Fortunately was in the far building so nice and quiet. Lots of small pools. Small gym.

Okay hotel. A bit outdated.

Like: quiet, good swimming pool, nice restaurant Don’t like: - mini club should be more proactive and gather kids actively otherwise no one knows - our room flood during the Tuesday storm but the reception wasn’t really understandable. Room was on the ground floor but didn’t have a frame around the entrance door similarly to the other 2 rooms next to, but the entrance is flat. This results with water, pine leaves and grass entering all the room. Fortunately we didn’t have anything valuable on the floor but the furniture were all wet. It seems also that this has happened in the past as the furniture has wood lifted on the lower side, typical of when it gets wet.

Love that it’s close to the beach, staffs are not friendly and restaurant staffs don’t smile and quite moody. The AC is not cold no matter what temp you put it to. Hard beds.

I would like to say our stop at the hotel was very nice, to start with we were booked in at the hotel which we found the rooms too small and not at a very good standard but we spoke to the manageress and she put us into the aparthotel which was excellent

Excellent buffet dinner and breakfast exceeded expectation of the star rating. Room clean good facilities.

After rushed last-minute booking, I was prepared that maybe I'd made a mistake (originally was trying to book SW of Palma, etc). The hotel & small town of Colonia ended up perfect for our mood, including great huge breakfast & dinner buffets that were easy to find tasty vegan/vegetarian options (we're a quite complicated family), nice not-too-crowded restaurant-and-bar strips, very near the beach, et al. Staff was both friendly and efficient/helpful. 3 pool areas were nice (including the bar in our building open to midnight). A largely German crowd, but no overwhelmed feeling. Extra bed was quite comfortable (cramped the room of course, but saved us money as 2 adults, 1 teen). Parking on the street was very easy.

Excellent hotel for the price. Nice resort, BUT HORDES OF DREADFUL MOSQUITOES. We wouldn't go again during the summer season as rather close to th nature reserves and wetlands.

the hotel has a great location in the Colonia se Jordini about 2 min walk to sandy beach and promenade and about 5 min to the High Street with even more restaurants, pubs etc. The room in the hotel part are refurb and in the Aparthotle are perfectly fine too. It is very comfortable hotel with absolutely amazingly nice and helpful staff. From the cleaner to the bar staff everyone is really going the extra mile.

The hotel is nice and in a good location. Restaurant quite good. Reception to be improved as the staff only show our room and did not explain anything about facilities or things to do (and they did not even mentioned!).

We where very surprised how nice this hotel and area was, the hotel staff fantastic, could not fault the buffet breakfast and dinner, a very nice place to stay as a couple or family.

Just returned from Mallorca when we spent three wonderful days in Isla de Cabrera Aparthotel. When we arrived, the receptionist said that she has got the booking for two persons. In my voucher from Expedia, I had three persons. So, they could not find for us a room in the hotel and that is why we were offered an apartment in the aparthotel. Two big rooms with enough bedding for three persons were cleaned every day. The restaurant menu is very good! We enjoyed it. We also liked he beach which is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Thank you very much for our three days in paradise.

The staff in this hotel are all very pleasant and helpful, the food is consistently good and of a high standard for this style of catering. The hotel has good entertainment for children and is family friendly, although it is not so busy with children that it would detract from your own experience if you were taking an adult holiday to escape from your own.
