Clean and hospitable

The hotel is beautiful, very well appointed, clean, excellent facilities and the location is stunning, in a quiet rural area with magnificent views over the valley and mountains. I was on a skiing break and the location could not have been better, only 15 minutes drive from the ski slopes on good, well maintained roads. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. I booked the breakfast and was not dissapointed, a great selection of delicious food. The staff were all very professional and friendly except for the girl working in the bar, all I can say is that someone from the hotel should spend a bit of time with her and teach her the basics of customer service, how to greet guests and ensure she realises that she works in a four star hotel, it is not difficult to make someone feel welcome and it is aslo just as easy to offend and let down the establishment.

Very nice area. The restaurant could use a few more selections, because there aren't a lot of nearby restaurants (like four miles into town). Otherwise this was perfect.

Nice hotel and excellent value. Stayed one night while touring the Pyrenees by motorbikes. The guy on reception was very helpful and spoke good English. Very safe Golf Area and the hotel was happy for us to park opposite reception. Very good breakfast for 12 euro. Also has pool and gym but we didn’t use them. Would stay again

This may be a bit out of the way to get to but the trip is worth the drive. Our GPS was not accurate but we eventually found this hidden gem. The views are spectacular, countryside walkable, beautiful pool, golfing, tennis, biking. Anything you might wish. There was no on site restaurant when we were there but the town close by has several bars, restaurants, and a good pizza place. The staff was very helpful and kind and we would definitely make sure to stay here again.

I have stayed this hotel on two occasions. The location is superb, especially for the golf. The rooms are clean and of a good size. The lounge if anything is too big but is very pleasant. The personnel are very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately all of this is spoiled by a restaurant that feels that it is in the basement and the food although passable is uninspiring. Shame.

Eche a faltar en el desayuno frutos secos !!

Confortable , propre, piscine et petit déjeuner super, le village de Alp très charmant, des ballades à pied ou en vélo sont faisables en famille. Je regrette un peu la chaleur dans la chambre ( le thermostat n'était pas allumé ce qui fait qu'on s'est réveillé à 3h du mat en sueur) et l inexperience du personnel au checkout.
