The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and checking in/out was easy

This is an older property that has been updated. 'Older than some...'Cleaner than most' GREAT hot shower and good bed/bedding. Walking distance to several eateries and a local food store. I would stay here again.

We stayed for a night and the Motel is well located in a nice area near Hagley Oval and gardens. The room was clean with good amenities. Service was very friendly and helpful.

Walk to every where. Great place to stay if you’re going to Apollo Centre. Easy walking distance 30 minutes

Lorenzo is well placed to a range of facilities including restaurants and shopping. It is a busy neighbourhood, well located to the CBD and the rooms are quiet given its location to a busy road

Small conveniently located motel. Good value; family owned. Stayed there a few years ago & we’re very satisfied-appears to have been updated since then! Definitely recommend!

Very nice staff, friendly and helpful. The only negative - the room and bathroom were very cold when we arrived, all heating was off, incl heated towel rail. The bathroom was very clean but had an unusual smell - possibly from the spa bath. Overall a good stay. Thank you.

Good value for money

Used to stay here when i worked for Barkers of Geraldine. Nice place and convenient. My husband wasn't well and called an ambulance - not too far to the hospital. Cafes near by. Great location.

Exceptionally clean.

This property is in an ideal location within walking distance (About 20 minutes)of the CBD. It didn't have an oven, but it was well equipped otherwise and is the first motel we have ever stayed at with 3 TV's with Sky! The living area is very comfortable with a lovely patio with a fence with camelias growing against it. It also has a nice spa bath. The only minus was that the tap in the bathroom basin was very stiff and the other taps were very loose! The fridge had too many cans and bottles which had to be taken out to fit our own food. Over all though, a great place to stay.
