It was a restless vacation. We had to move rooms in the middle of the night and early in the morning because the air conditioner was not cool. We woke up at 1 am because it was too hot. We called the front desk and the staff changed our room to a room nearby in the same building. We woke up again at 5 am for the same reason. The staff wanted to change rooms, but in the same building. So we suggested whether it was the air conditioner system of the building or not. Should we change buildings? The staff moved the building. It took almost 40 minutes to do it. Most importantly, there was no apology. Even when we checked out, the staff did not ask or apologize until we had to tell them what happened. The answer was "We know about it and apologize. The staff who solved the problem during the night did not meet many people, so they might not know that we have to apologize..." That's all. Thais probably do not care much. I think other places would be able to solve the problem better.
