I like the property location as it's very convenient for shopping. It is in a quiet area and has a beautiful view over the river. But the service is only on an average.

Lovely room with a great view. Friendly reception with a free upgrade! Great location by the river. Good for walking about. Interesting Art Museum very close by featuring architecture and design.

I really like the location easy to shopping and restaurants. Hotel room is very spacious and looking out the park and river view day and night are beautiful. Customer services are very friendly and helpful, especially staffs Jennifer Li and Jacky Quan are very friendly and helpful while I stayed in the hotel.

The guestrooms are huge - at least 1.5 times the brand standard. The lobby has limited grouped seating, and the lobby bar was limited for public area meetings. Club Lounge was comfortable, but I have had better food selections. It was a bit quiet so maybe the selection was commensurate with the number of guests staying at the time. Location is lovely, across from a beautiful award-winning park created out of former shipyards alongside the river.
