This hotel was certainly one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. I have traveled world-wide and the service in this small, peaceful, and beautiful hotel can compare with any hotel in the large resorts in any country. I highly recommend it. The service was exceptional.

Very large spacious rooms and the grounds were beautiful. The negative would be that it's a smaller hotel (only ~20 rooms) and the restaurant often feels empty and doesn't offer fast/light menu options like a sandwich. The nearest restaurant was a 15 min walk.

Beautiful hotel. Great garden. Super atmosphere. A dream come true ? Almost, were it not for 1. at check-out time no staff speaking English was available to clarify issues with bill 2. two unmarked steps in the main room which easily can lead to injuries due to falls in an unfamiliar dark room However, would I stay again ? YES

Everything about this hotel stay is superb. The location (although not downtown, is better as it is very quiet) and a 15 minute walk or a very short (US$3.00) taxi ride to the hustle and bustle of the center of San Cristobal. The hotel is beautiful, the grounds are lush and the staff is excellent. I give this hotel an A+. I would not change a thing about this hotel.

Baño ruidoso

Este hotel fue el highlight de mi semana en San Cristóbal. Comida, habitación, servicio, atenciones, de lo mejor. Hay muchísimo cuidado a los detalles y se nota. No me quedaría en ningún otro lugar y pienso regresar tan pronto pueda.

Lugar muy bonito , fresco y verde . Habitaciones muy modernas pero a la vez acogedoras .

Très bel endroit calme avec de superbes chambres,juste nous sommes arrivés tôt,refus catégorique peu commercial de prendre une douche avant l'heure légale,3pm du check in ,ou il fallait acquitter 75%du prix payé,dommage le reste était parfait

Encantador lugar!! Toda una experiencia. Hermosa decoración mucho espacio, muy cálida.

La habitación en cuestión de limpieza bien, pero hacía frío y la calefacción nunca funcionó aún cuando diariamente decían que la estaban checando. La chimenea solo la prendí para probarla pero olía mucho a gas por mala combustión y tampoco la pudieron arreglar. El gerente nunca apareció para hacerle los comentarios.

The place Is really beautiful, the gardens aré a dream and the rooms aré great... Little details with maintenance, but nothing that could cause the guest to feel uncomfortable, however the whole experience would be a 10 if It weren't for that.
