The hotel was in an excellent position, opposite the Reina Sofia Park and just a short walk to the beach. I had a double for single occupancy but the bed was upstairs via a spiral staircase, which was unusual. The staff were all very friendly. The buffet style breakfast was excellent and had food to suit every nationality. The room had a large balcony too with a table and chairs and two sun loungers. At 114 Euros for three nights including breakfast this was very reasonable for this 4 Star hotel. I would not hesitate in staying there again.

Great location close to beach and restaurants Hotel could do with re-Ferb as it is a little bit dated this is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and the breakfast buffet is adequate with hot and cold selection very nice coffee that the lady Serves at the bar. This is a great hotel for a few days away long weekend

The hotel has very good location in the town, and it is very clean and pleasant, but the quality of the food is generally bad, not according to the hotels in Spain.

Good relaxing break. Very friendly hotel- staff very helpful. Would have liked a swimming pool and food adequate but not anything special. I would recommend it.

This is a lovely hotel close to everything and very convenient. The rooms are large and comfortable, beautiful marble floors, traditional Spanish feel throughout. Large corridors, lovely balcony but the view from our room not that great but we didn't mind. Maid service fantastic, we would come back to our room in the afternoon and everything was so clean and tidy it was as if we were entering it for the first time. All staff very helpful and happy, we would definitely stay again. Thank you for the experience.

Good hotel to stay for a couple of days, not a four-star as we would know it in the UK, but okay for a short stay, could do with being redecorated. Good selection of hot and cold food for breakfast-eggs,sausage,bacon might need warming up in the microwave, as is usually lukewarm, also,water,fruit juice,coffee and tea are provided. Rooms cleaned and linen changed daily. great location for the beach,town and restaurants. Receptionist who checked us in-incidentally also checked us out,was very warm and friendly- she made us feel very welcome.

A good basic hotel. Breakfast could be a little better but OK.

We had an excellent room with a great balcony and in the main was all you could ask for and it was close but for a so say 4 star hotel to have an old style shower curtain no plug in the sink and a dated shower unit was a bit of a downer but it was kept very clean and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was great if you like continental style, which I do, those who like a hearty cooked breakfast might have been a little disappointed. Bed was good but as is often the case pillows were dreadful!

Highly recommend this hotel it's excellent

This hotel is absolutely fine. It is really easy to find from the airport, it was warm, comfortable and inexpensive. Breakfast was good. I wished I'd added on evening meals too but didn't - because the two nights of my seven where I ate at the hotel I thought the food was pretty good - and a lot of the local restaurants have shut for the winter. I did find a cracking Chinese restaurant very near to the hotel (opposite side to the park) that served up freshly made buffet food (with a huge choice) for only €9.95. The room was spacious, the heating worked well, the bed was comfortable, it had a fridge, towels were changed every day...and it had a brilliant huge terrace!! The hotel could do with putting a couple of sun loungers out on the terrace. Another tip! Make sure you check out on the evening before flying home (as I was advised), because it isn't guaranteed that there will be someone to check guests out. However, as it turned out, there was someone available. I will probably book a room here again sometime - probably quite soon.

Good friendly helpful staff breakfast was excellent evening meal was okay. They let us keep our room on because we had a late flight at no extra charge. Great location.

Very enjoyable stay for the purpose of a surprise birthday party. Friendly staff, very accomadating - clean throughout with nice comfy bed. Surrounding area safe and pleasant with a two minute walk to a nice beach.

Arrived for a relaxing stay with half board.Plenty of choice of food but everything freezing cold.First night had good sleep .Second night was horrendous we where on second floor and we thought the room was caving in either loud music.By 11/15 went down stairs to ask what time it finished she said 10 minuets still at 12 it was booming.The family next door where running wild till 1 pm and the at 6 in the morning they dragged the patio window open to have a cigarette.Reception said sorry But it spoilt the stay.

Enjoyed our stay, staff very courteous and helpful. Only fault I would have is that the breakfast items were on serving trays from before 8.00am resulting in items not being at their best if you arrived for breakfast after 9. Wonderful coffee

I thought the staff were really friendly and helpful. Got in late as flight was delayed, but bar was open until midnight. Room good, with fridge and comfortable beds. Would visit again for longer next time. Thanks guys!

The hotel was spot-on. Decent sized bedroom with balcony, nice bathroom, cleaned every day and near to shops and beach.
