The hotel is very clean, you have everything you need in the plaza. I highly recommend

I have stayed at this hotel 3 different times and the elevators continue to be a problem. They are too slow and frequently you see lots of guests waiting long times. Front desk staff suggests guests use the maintenance elevators as backup. Food is not great in the restaurant and very expensive for what it is. Walk outside for many other choices.

There's currently construction on the building. Lots of issues with the elevators. One was broken, so be prepared to wait 5 minutes when you need it.

I loved the location of the hotel with many things to do and close to where we wanted to go; I loved the view! The one thing I would say needs improvement is the pool area - there’s not much shade and the bar needs improvement. The employees were so helpful!

Staff was super helpful and friendly. The ooks like they were in the middle of a renovation because some things in the rooms didn’t make sense. Other that that, very nice.

The swimming pool was dirty, and the elevators took too long. My wife was not happy about the swimming pool being dirty because she wanted to swim. My wife and me we observed that some of the carpet in the hallways was ripped. The ice machine on the 5th floor was not working.

Hotel location and security around area was okay, but after purchasing the unlimited parking pass to gain in & out access, the pass never worked and had to get a new one every time I came back to the hotel. The towels in the room never got replaced with new ones and the floors were very dirty because you can feel the dirt on the bottom of your feet after taking a shower and would need to get a towel to wipe the dirt off my feet before putting on my socks. Room service is quick, food is average but depends on what you order, but a little too pricey for the quality of food they offer.

AC malfunction, handle on toilet didn't work, was beoken. Had to take 2 elevators to get into the room. Won't be staying here anymore:(

Breakfast is great, Hotel is right next to the University , has many good options of restaurants near by . The hotel needs a little renovation and they need to fix the elevators
