It was all good

it was turning to winter so aircon can't be control and room is stuffy. check in is strictly at 3pm. typical small room if you book double room if need more space book 2 single bed

The location is extremely convenient right next to the JR train station. Plenty of good eateries around the area. The room is small but functional, the bed is a full size bed which could be quite “tight” for two. As always Comfort Hotel group provides you with their free breakfast n drinks, definitely a plus for their guests. Will go back again but night have to get two room instead if traveling with partners.

The hotel staff from registration to exit were all completely helpful and polite. They assisted this American traveler with various questions about location of places, how to get cabs and always had a friendly smile when coming in to the lobby. The breakfast, included in the price, was ample and delicious.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the station and eateries so looking for dinner options was easy. The hotel room was quiet and the breakfast variety was wide and healthy. The only draw back was the size of the room as it was quite tight and parking allocation at the hotel rate would be on first come first serve basis.

Great friendly staff. I checked in at 3AM and there was no issues. Housekeeping were very helpfull and did not disturb me the next morning. Room was of good size, very clean and comfortable with free WiFi. Location is good for the railway and bus stations with good connections to Fukuoka and Saga airports.

nice location and staffs were helpful! However, we were give smoking rooms and smoking rooms have very strong cigarette odor which would not go away no matter what you do... but i would still recommend this hotel as long as non smoking rooms are available!

We have a great stay here, The location is perfect, just like you stay in JR station. Very close.

Excellent buffet breakfast starting at six am so you can get early start. One block from train station. Helpful staff know some English.

駅から近くてとても便利でした。 駅周辺は昼からお酒が飲める飲食店も豊富で立地はとても良いと思います。 朝食も無料ですがレベルが高い内容で美味しく頂きました。

駅近く施設自体問題ありません、部屋の広さも二人にちょうど良かったです。無料朝食は無料とは思えないくらいレベル高かったです。難点は一つ、給湯が弱くバスタブにお湯を溜めるのにかなり時間かかりました。

ホテルスタッフの対応が親切でとても良い。 部屋はリノベーション済みで清潔感がある。 朝食は無料の割には満足できる内容。 廊下の音が聞こえる点を除けば大変満足です。

Hotel’s parking slot is too far away from the hotel. It is difficult to walk for 10 mins to the parking place when the weather is at around 2 to 4 degrees C. Otherwise, it is a prime location if the tourists are taking JR.
