Photos on hotels.com are extremely misleading, room I got was very old and tired. There was no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. I asked at reception and was told none available for the room. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly but this does not make up for the room being nothing like the photos. Just old and run down and lacking facilities. Plus the Wi-Fi did not work for my entire two day stay. I’m assuming some rooms have been renovated but I got given an un renovated room with no Wi-Fi or kettle. Very very disappointed.

Dirty rooms, filthy carpet, torn curtain, stains in walls, antiquated AC does not work - had to prop open window in the middle of summer which meant traffic noise woke me up early. Someone entered my room while I was asleep, totally disregarding Do Not Disturb sign placed on door. Avoid.

Hotel was easy to find. Rooms were a good size. Coffee machine in the room, bathroom plenty of room with white fluffy towels. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Food in the restaurant was of a good standard. Also own private parking. Would highly recommend this hotel. Not all Brit Hotels are the same.

You charged 133 Euros in a property that costs 60 euros per night. The person in the reception was highly surprised because the amount you charged us he couldn’t believe it was only for one night. For a long time expedia has been our primary trips source and it is sad to lose the confidence in the site. We always thought you offered the best prices.

bathroom showers are horrible in design, bedrooms have no drawers for cloths and tiny closet area. So you basically have to live out of your suitcase.

Hotel is good and practical... Nothing flashy, but the staff was VERY good and helpful.

A friendly helpful receptionist is always a first sign for a happy stay and this was our experience. The staff kindly found a parking space on a Disable Bay to accomodate us. Restaurant was buzzing with activity in the evening. Upon arrival at our next destination I discovered my vehicle had a deep scratch on rear boot above fuel filler cap.

Modern hotel with friendly staff and good food, conveniently situated a few minutes from the Toulouse airport, but not so close that you are disturbed by the aircraft noise. Recommended if you are travelling from the airport the following day, but not really convenient if downtown Toulouse is the focus of your visit.

Hôtel très bien situé pour prendre le train ou le bus et se rendre en transport sur Toulouse. Personnel très accueillant souriant et disponible. Pour autant la chambre est plus que simple, étroite les meubles sont sombres et vieux, salle de bain avec des traces d’humidité au plafond.

Super hôtel avec un restaurant au rdc, lequel propose une variété de plats de qualité. Chambre avec literie confortable et SDB au top. Je recommande de réserver dans cet établissement en soirée étape.

Hotel en ville. À proximité d’un rond-point Parking non sécurisé Large, choix au petit déjeuner (prix élevé 15,50€ !) Repas soir :21€ PLAT + DESSERT CHOISISSEZ LA FORMULE SOIRÉE ÉTAPE, C’EST BIEN PLUS AVANTAGEUX

Hôtel agréable en centre ville proche des transports à 30 minutes à pied d’Airbus Chambre propre, couchage confortable, de taille correcte, salle de bain moderne avec douche. Je recommande cet hôtel pour un court ou plus long séjour.

Chambre propre, literie comfort

Personnel très accueillant, rien à redire mais hôtel vieillot, chambre tristounette, pas très gai. Buffet petit dej sympa mais gros point négatif pr moi des œufs brouillés chimique …

Séjour bref mais très agréable. Personnel efficace, souriant, professionnel et disponible. Excellent petit déjeuner.

Juste une suggestion, c'est possible de rajouté une bouteille d'eau et deux verre dans chaque chambre Moi et mon compagnon on a voulais boire il fallait descendre au bars pour demander des verre ! Merci d'avance.
