Everyone was respectful and rooms were clean

No where near anything important as far as sightseeing because of the horrible traffic. Stay closer to the city's center and save yourself an hour commute if you're vacationing. Great hotel otherwise!! Very clean and plenty of shopping in building and nearby. Room is very spacious!

Amazing stay. Hotel and room is very modern and clean. Everyone was helpful and attentive. Will definitely stay at NH Valle Dorado again. You won't be disappointed.

The room was incredible, clean and the free snacks were so nice to have. Staff was the best, kind, friendly and helpful.

I sent an emailed with a question about transportation but did not receive a response. Before scheduling my airport ride, I was quoted a price by the front desk, at my destination, the driver advised the cost was higher than quoted—BTW nearly twice the cost of an Uber for the same trip.

Facilities were adequate and the bar/restaurant was fully equipped.

excellent quality of staff, the bad thing, in my room was a soap used and Dental Floss empty, so I guess staff cleaned room without clean bathroom.
