The check in was very quick, clean room overall hotel was spotless. Wasn’t impressed with the breakfast

Breakfast was good....... Pool was closed.

Very friendly and attentive staff, clean rooms and public areas and fantastic location for beach, bars and amenities.

The staff were friendly. Hotel was clean. Bed comfy. Shower good. The food was ok. Plenty of choice. We only had breakfast

Great location for central Benidorm and rooms were spacious, quiet and modern. We paid extra for the breakfast but only dine in once. For the quality and the price of getting food elsewhere, it’s not worth the money. Would recommend and stay again

Stayed many a time at this hotel. Lovely rooms and comfortable, disappointed this visit as our alcohol in fridge in room was taken, can only have been from the maid id presume. Makes me worried about staying again as if a hotel worker can take something like this what else are the capable of taking. Food also seems to have gone down hill as well. Good location for the main strip. Hotel is clean

Everything was better than we expected. We and our kids had a lot of fun. We will come again and recommend for sure to our friends

The lifts are very slow

Great location and hotel. Felt more like a 3 ⭐️ than a 4. Food was fine, room cleaned daily, lots of sun beds in september especially if you go on the adult only solarium or the near the slides. Few negatives...hated the token system, no pool towels provided and all inclusive deunks finish at 11. Tip.. try to get hold of soare cups / tokens for last day as they take the all inclusive drink token of you when you check out, even if you didnt arrive until 10pm.

Very nice hotel, friendly, helpful staff from check-in to leaving. Good location for most wants in benidorm. Clean, well looked after.

Breakfast wasn’t the best but plenty of options

Rooms are clean and comfortable, perfect location close to strip but quiet enough for decent sleep. Food wasn’t the best but hotel comfort made up for this. Travelled end of august was difficult to get a sunlounger. Preciously stayed before and didn’t have this problem. Also seating area around pool is like a jigsaw puzzle. Tables are jam packed together and I’m possible to get in and out of a seat/table, pool doesn’t seem big enough for the size of hotel. Will stay again due to convenience of location and comfortable rooms

Staff very friendly and helpful. All inclusive food and drinks package is good value.
