I had to cancel my reservation due to illness. I rang and spoke to Samuel who verbally gave me a refund and for the app to call him to start the refund process. When they did, he denied that he had said I could get a refund. This is extremely unprofessional and shows the caliber of the organization. I will never stay, nor recommend this place to anyone regardless of how cheap it is. Regards, Paul
