good place to stay close to shops but parking not the best if you miss park withing building have to find street park

Needs a little bit of upgrade

Our towels were not changed each day and rubbish not taken for three days

This place needs some love! The reception area is not vacuumed and doesn’t present well. The rooms are dirty and lacking attention to detail. The bed was comfortable however we were missing pillowcases & bath towels. The staff were lovely but that doesn’t compensate for the one too many mistakes. Some pillows were lumpy. The toilet seat is too small so it slides when you sit on it. Breakfast outdoor area so dirty and not a place you’d like to eat. Breakfast was toast & cereal (branflakes were stale). Limited parking available undercover. A few changes and this property could be amazing but you have to spend money to make money. It’s very run down! Do yourselves a favour and spend your money elsewhere.

Great spacious apartment, but cleanliness was lacking, WiFi kept disconnecting, parking is only limited spaces if u don't get a spot you park on the street. Great location to Westfield shopping Chermside

Motel was clean but in disrepair Shower leaked all over floor Paint of walls - tidy but needs some Love

The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with lovely people looking after us. Parking was limited and had to park a long way down the street. There was a very overgrown block of land next door to the apartments, but it wasn't lit up, so was hesitant to park on it.

I recently stayed at in The Chermside Apartments and had a somewhat mixed experience. The location was fantastic, situated close to shopping centers, restaurants, and public transport, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The only downside was the high gloss tiles in the apartment were very slippery once wet.

Excellent accommodation for 1 or 2 bedroom apartment. Staff at the desk extremely helpful as we (couple) unloaded vehicle early so that I could get it detailed. Very accommodating to help with this. Will definitely stay again.

The photos do NOT match what you pay for or the realists of how run down the place is. Read the Google reviews. I had to move my dates forward due to a cyclone. And they sounded all nice about moving the dates. And then I got there and realised why. It’s dirty. And not well looked after. The room I got looked no where near as clean and nice as the pictures suggested. The bedspread was dirty. The carpet is old and worn. The deck was not cleaned. And metal sheet separated the other sides balcony/ room from ours. Wowee. They make it sound like a serviced apartment and it is a LIE. it’s not at all. It’s like a motel. We literally walked in. And then booked somewhere else. All that aside. The guy who moved my dates was rude the day I was arriving on the phone. Super short with me. And then rude to my husband at check in. And we just didn’t see the point asking for our money back. So we are out of pocket like $408 cause we extended the stay another night not realising what we were in for. Yikes. What a waste of money for us.

Carpet in 304 needs replacing

The Chermside Apartments were in a convenient location near the North West Private Hospital which was the reason for the stay, I was shocked by the state of the outside of the building but realised they were in the process of painting so it will present better after completion. Staff at reception were great, there is an Indian Restaurant as part of the property so the smell of curry can be very overpowering in the carpark. The apartment which was 505 was adequate, some of the light bulbs were blinky and annoying and the fridge was sticky on the front door and the room had a strong smell of bleach, on the positive it was large, had a big balcony and the bed was comfortable. Would i stay there again, not for the price of $257 per night which was the rate I paid which didn't include daily room service.

Lovely accommodation, easy to find, good secure parking. Lovely staff and rooms had everything we needed. The free breakfast in the morning was great and much appreciated

Aircon was leaking, tiles in shower are not stable. Pretty good otherwise.
