Stayed here for two nights and couldn’t fault the hotel at all. Room was great and very clean. Staff were amazing and attentive even before I checked in. Continental breakfast was lovely with plenty of variety. Would definitely stay again. Grazie mille

Stunning large bright room. Huge bed, good continental breakfast. We had two room for 2 couples. Both amazing. Reception was very accommodating.. they booked restaurant tables and taxis for us, arranged for extra milk/coffee whatever we needed in the rooms. The housekeeping was immaculate, spotlessly clean bathrooms and floors. We really didn’t want to leave.

The woman at the front desk was so incredibly helpful. I wish I had got her name. She got us dinner reservations and helped us figure out our departure. Went above and beyond for us. The hotel itself is an amazing location and very stylish and quiet. Loved our stay!

Very inadequate air conditioning.. room never went below 21 degrees! Odd shaped room split into 2 by a corridor which housed the shower room One plug by bed which didnt work! Marked up with a red spot but not repaired!! Usb Phone charger by bed didnt work either!

Amazing little hotel right in the heart of the old town. Immaculately clean and very well presented. We would 100% use this hotel when we visit Bergamo again 😊

Beautiful hotel with really friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel Gombit has a great location, but, more that, the hotel room was spacious, with ample shower space, elegantly decorated, and with the most comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great. It is a short walk from restaurants, shopping, and the fernicular. My husband and I had a wonderful time in the hotel and the enchanting town.

The location and room were simply spectacular. Whenever we will be in Bergamo, that will be our hotel of choice.

Amazing hotel

This area of Bergamo is amazing and you are in the center of the upper city at this hotel. The staff was over and beyond at welcoming guests. The accommodations are wonderful. A mix of the old of the structure with some modern fixtures and conveniences. Very clean and and the breakfast was perfect. So close to many restaurants and stores. Plus the views from the upper city to the lower are magnificent.

Amazing hotel, excellent service and fantastic location!

Very uncomfortable bed,. The room was terribly cold, despite the fact that the reception provided a heater, the whole night passed before the room got warm. The room was very noisy, the windows were not soundproofed at all, waking up at 6 a.m. when the cleaning machines under the window started working, from 7.30 the bells rang every half hour, you wait 10 minutes for the elevator, a terrible night in this hotel,

This was such a nice little hotel right in the centre of the historic old town up the hill, nestled in between a bunch of restaurants, shops and museums. The room was immaculate, very stylish, clean and comfy. Loved it!

Wonderful staff! Accommodating, friendly and professional. Beautifully appointed rooms, super comfortable beds and excellent location. What more can you ask?!!

Perfect location for a multi-day period in Citta Alta Bergamo. Easy access to restaurants, shops, sites. Beware of morning bells if you’re a late sleeper, but worth it.
