The hotel offers convenient to the surrounding sites along with value for the money.

The hotel itself and the staff are fabulous. The problem was with the air conditioner. It never got the room under 26 degrees celc. Which was extremely uncomfortable. I kept calling and going down to the front desk and they said they would fix it but it never worked so we left a day early and found another hotel. Breakfast was yummy. Pool was nice. Everything super clean. Rooms nice. Beds comfy. Big shower. Lots of shopping around. Just dont count on the air to be working.

Excellent breakfast, very helpful and polite staff, the hotel is well located for those who want to be close to the autostrada (good connection to Ancona, Pesaro, Bologna) ...nice restaurant and pool downstairs as well. It’s about a 20 minute drive to some of the beautiful beaches in the Conero.

Originally, we booked our stay from July 17- 31. We were in Italy for a week-long race which ended on July 26. The morning of July 26, I asked the man at the front desk if we could check-out that day instead of on the 31st. The man said it was "no problem." I thought everything was fine and to just let Travelocity/Expedia know. But it turns out that Hotel Concorde would not permit refunding our money for the several days we were not there. That is a lot of money to lose after believing the staff member!

Accueil agréable. Chambre confortable et s de douche pratique. Proche d’une excellente pizzeria. Arrivee facile.

Molto buono

Un appunto sul bagno, molto scomodo, porta che apriva sfiorando il water e bidet ed asciugamani dietro la porta! Personale molto gentile, colazione nella norma, vietato il take away, quindi se uno la mattina quando si alza è abituato a prendere solo il caffè per poi mangiare qualcosa più tardi, si attacca!!! Per il resto un hotel 3 stelle non certo 4!

Hotel 4 stelle ma ne vale 1 per la camera e 3 per la colazione. Camera vecchia con affaccio in seminterrato. Parati staccati dai muri o attaccati male. Cornice porta di ingresso bagno completamente scollata e senza un pezzo di legno. Piatto doccia e lavandino spaccati, specchio lavandino con macchie di umidità. Camera rumorosa, si sente tutto dei vicini e purtroppo anche le auto che passano di continuo sulla statale ( nonostante i doppi vetri alle finestre). Solo la colazione è ok.

Abbiamo scelto la camere ristrutturata (Premium) e l'abbiamo trovata ottima. Non abbiamo usufruito della piscina ma sembrava ok. Colazione varia ed abbondante, servizio.cortese e puntuale. La struttura esternamente appare piuttosto trasandata ma non rispecchia assolutamente ciò che la struttura offre internamente.

Les 4 etoiles de cet hôtel n'est pas justifié. Le service de restaurant est bien trop lent. Le serveur oublie d'apporter les boissons .Rien à dire par contre sur la chambre. Un peu viellote et trop de lumière passe par la fenêtre ce qui rend les fins de nuits délicate.

Ottima struttura

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte, struttura comoda vicino uscita dell autostrada e a pochi minuti di auto da zona commerciale e stadio a sud della città di Ancona. Servizio e pulizia dell hotel impeccabile; Sicuramente tornerei a soggiornare in questa struttura. Grazie.
