Best place in BA!

We have stayed here many years ago and although a slightly older property now, we still find this hotel nice to stay at. Good location and amazing restaurant next door.

Top location. Loud internal halls with noise from other guests after midnight and cleaners bouncing off the marble floors. Broken elevator.

Super accommodating and friendly staff. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious. The gym is small though. Walking distance to lots of cafes and restaurants. Nice neighborhood.

The room was clean, it had nice amenities and the staff was friendly and helpful. Major problem is there was some construction and for the first couple hours there was no electricity or Wi-Fi. I only got the room because we had like a 12-hour layover and so I just wanted to have a place to take a nap and conveniently grab a bite to eat if I wanted to. There was a very nice patio which I was not expecting. They also let me do an early check-in by a couple hours, so that was very helpful. There's also a pool or spa but did not visit that. The location is very good with many restaurants nearby. After my nap I went out for a walk and got something to eat but when I got back the power was out again so the elevator wasn't working. I think I was on like the 8th or 9th floor so fortunately I have no mobility issues but if somebody had those issues it would have been a different situation. Overall I would recommend the hotel as far as the location, the staff and the cleanliness of the room. As I mentioned the only downside was the power going in and out and I have no idea how often that happens or if it was just on the day I was there. I would say check other reviews and see if this is an ongoing issue.

Heavily scented rooms - if you have any type of lung issue, Asthma, COPD, or sensitivities to chemical fragrance: stay away. The room itself was great: spacious, clean and really nice but there are automatic sprayers of some type in the rooms to keep it smelling "good." I was able to switch rooms and got into one that had less of a scent but it was still too much for my lungs to handle. If you don't have any type of lung issue - This is a great place. It's located across from a beautiful park in a very safe neighborhood. The pool is gorgeous and the sauna very nice. I rented the hot tub, which didn't get very hot but was still nice. The champagne they serve is excellent

Large room. Great standard of cleanliness. Basic gym but air conditioned which makes a big difference. Nice spa area and sauna. Nice area also. Parks nearby and plenty of retaurants.

El hotel es lindo y limpio. Tiene dos ascensores muy espaciosos y las habitaciones son muy grandes y espaciosas. Camas cómodas. Cocina con lo necesario y baño aseado. Diagonal al hotel hay una heladería deliciosa, en la otra esquina hay un café (Mc Nor) muy bueno y menos de 25 metros después hay una frutería. También muy cerca hay tiendas de conveniencia. A la par del hotel hay un restaurante con reconocimiento Michelin y cerca del hotel hay muchos restaurantes/cafés buenos. Recomiendo 100% este hospedaje!!
