Great stay but pools closed so bit disappointing. Veronica and staff very friendly

The hotel staff is very friendly and accomodating. The rooms are clean and spacious. The swimming pool us great. The hotel is a bit dated, but overall great stay.

The staff are brilliant, so friendly.

Nice spot for a short stay. Parking was easy as lots of space. Room was as expected, twin beds were actually twin beds - not singles as is often the case. Bathroom was large and clean. Restaurant on site had good reasonably priced meals. Only let down was the air conditioning- unit very old and wasn't working. Still a good hotel overall.

Rooms are updated and clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The large swimming pool is beautiful and adds to the ambience. Breakfast is fairly simple and hotel exterior needs updating. Overall, perfect for us as we were visiting relatives.

This hotel is NOT in Lucca. It’s based 12kms from Lucca! The map on hotels.com is incorrect. When staff saw our disappointment they definitely made it up to us and offered great service. The restaurant food was very good and breakfast selection was good enough. The décor is a bit old.

Un soggiorno di tre notti per il Lucca Summer festival, struttura non nuova ma tenuta molto bene, pulitissima, camera spaziosa e letto confortevole, bagno estremamente pulito con un bel set di cortesia. Colazione abbondante e varia sia dolce sia salata. Ho usufruito anche della piscina e mi hanno fornito gratuitamente il telo mare.

Fine hotel, if it was renovated. It has good bones, but needs investment to make things fresh again. Employees were excellent, restaurant is good and an excellent pool just 10 km away from the center of Lucca. The area around the hotel is agricultural, in a boring way. Don’t expect the tipical Tuscan vistas here!

Buona posizione, struttura un po' retrò ma accogliente. Camera confortevole, bagno comodo, ma box doccia da rivedere. Ottima colazione. Personale gentile.

Struttura con ampi spazi sia in camera, parcheggio, piscina. Buona la posizione baricentrica per andare a Lucca, Montecatini Pisa. Ottimo il rapporto prezzo qualità. Personale cortese e disponibile.
