Beautiful property, exactly what you hope for from an Italian coastal hotel. Rooms were large, light and stylishly decorated. To top it off the staff were fantastic.

Hotel Villa Garden is an amazing property. Great location, amazing food, the pool is perfect, and the staff is very friendly. Would stay here again for sure!

Very clean and nice. Great view, nice pool. Free parking. Wifi was spotty. Great breakfast every morning. A bit far from the Sorrento city center is the only negative.

We have recently returned from a wonderful week staying at the Hotel Villa Garden. We highly recommend a stay at this hotel. When we arrived, we were greeted by their wonderful staff. The hotel is immaculate and very comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is a lovely walk into Sorrento. We would also highly recommend dining at the hotel. The food was superb. Also, the views are amazing. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

There was a smell outside as we were having dinner on the terrace. The waiter told us the city had routed the sewer system. That is going to be very tough for the hotel.

This is an absolute gem of a hotel ! Friendliest staff I have met and an amazing breakfast included each morning. Rooms were spacious and clean. We stayed here for 4 nights for a friends wedding in Sorrento and loved staying at Villa Garden. The final morning we had a car picking us up at 5;30 AM and the man behind the front desk went in the back and brought us out cappuccinos and a small dish of Italian pastries. Well above and beyond what we would have expected. If I could leave 10 stars for a review I most definitely would.

Great hotel in a quiet area but still walkable to Sorrento and local restaurants. Pool was really nice and the views are fantastic

Woman at check in was incredible. Our fault, we did not catch her name but she very quickly checked us in and showed us our room. Upon checkout we had a few hours to kill and she held our luggage and organized a taxi to pick up the luggage and pick us up in town to bring us to the port. Incredibly sweet, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. If everyone is like this at the Hotel they are in tremendous hands!

This is the most beautiful hotel in the most beautiful location. We loved our stay here so much. The staff were so helpful in organising anything we needed including a driver for a day trip around the coast which was so special. Got a lot of pool time and drinks taking in the views. We opted to walk to everywhere which was fine (flat all the way to Sorrento but it’s a decent walk). We hope to be back some day!

Clean and quiet hotel. Beautiful location to watch the sunset but a long way away from the main square/restaurants/ attractions. 30 minute walk or €25 taxi. Would have given 4 stars but a negative interaction left me feeling like I was trying to be scammed. I do not recommend booking an airport transfer through the hotel, they attempted to charge us double the agreed upon price due to our flight being delayed 7 hours stating the driver made two trips to Naples from Sorrento. However our driver told us he was aware of our delay and was tracking our flight from the day before and knew of our new arrival time. We also had to wait more than an hour for our transfer to arrive. Very frustrating experience. While I know the driver is independently contracted through the hotel, it was a very negative experience to have a delayed checkout and an argument to end our experience.
