The property was well maintained and clean. Our room was extremely small for 3, but this is a budget Hôtel. There were no vending machines, only a desk clerk with a mini fridge. Finding the Hôtel was very difficult for us. Apparently the parking is meant to be in the parking garage immediately next door. We had no information on where to park and after much time wasted we finally chanced a random spot in the parking garage. Later, the desk clerk said we could have parked any where in there for free. Frustrating.

The room 340 had no a/c working during 4 day stay. Slept with open windows. Housekeeping staff were efficient. Breakfast is OK and reasonable. Location is great for visiting Versailles and shopping. Rooms were redone. But amenities are less and space is not that comfortable. This was our 3rd stay.

The hotel is right inside a large shopping center. All the shopping and dining options you could ever want. The public transportation is easy to access and takes you to Versailles in a matter of minutes. Exactly what we had hoped for.

My room was nice and tidy.

The location quite near to the Palace of Versailles was the choice- it was an excellent hotel, right next door to a large shopping complex with plenty of food possibilities. Car parking was free. Breakfast was an added bonus, a nice choice of hot and cold items.

Simple instructions for parking in the attached mega garage would be appreciated. D and G areas only. Desk clerk was very basic as was the room. The AC works great!

No soap in the bathroom at all or the shower . At one stage no toilet paper, we had to ask for some . Floor not swept , sheets not changed once during our five night stay. Air conditioning useless.Only one pillow. Woke up one morning, opened our curtains and was confronted by a man in a pully washing the windows, no prior warning… horrible stay ..

It’s a bit like a youth hostel.

Friendly, comfortable, clean, lots of places to eat and plenty to do in walking distance! My ideal Olympic base 😊

Very friendly staff!

Located walking distance (35 min) from Chateau de Versailles parc (45 min to the Chateau entrance). A clean and quiet place to spend the night. Restaurants just outside the hotel's door.

Great in every aspect.

Trying to find the entrance to the car park although massive was impossible and made for lots of driving the wrong way on one way roads
