Great place

There was a mistake on Expedias end after booking and the gentleman checking us in took his time, went above and beyond to fix the problem when Expedia refused to help in any way except offering us to change the reservation for a $500 penalty and the price of a new room. All staff are friendly breakfast was delicious.

Booked and prepaid for a King Suite but when we arrived, the hotel staff had already checked another party into the room under my name. The overnight attendant, Bill, went above and beyond to get us into a standard room as all of the other suites were taken. It took 2 nights before we were able to get into the suite we had paid for. Also, there was a lot of road noise from cars and motorcycles passing by.

Water had no pressure, toilet was old

Loved everything about it the rooms, great breakfast and wonderful staff even the pool area, would recommend to family and friends, loved everything about the Hampton's right down to the cleanliness.

Our stay was nice. The suite was spacious for our kiddos. The breakfast was good! We made our own waffles.

Near school and clean area

This property is average. It’s an old property with thin walls. So you can hear those above you and outside your door. The gym is dirty, outdated gym equipment and water dispenser doesn’t work. The rooms could use some updating. TV and remote reminds me of 1990’s. Breakfast is okay. Eggs and sausage tastes like rubber (with preservatives). You can hear traffic from the streets. I don’t think we’d want to stay here again. Pros: Free parking, wifi and coffee. Rooms have lotion, coffee maker, and ice machines on each floor. We only stayed here due to the location for our meetings.

Economical hotel. Very pleasant stay. Good neighborhood. Free breakfast was very nice. And they give away “to go” packs. Very clean and nice
