Good Location

Everything was fine and clean and a very comfortable stay. I was just surprised for the money we spent that a microwave wasn't included in our room, the tv hardly had any channels, we were not informed about using the wifi and the a/c rattled & clanged all night!!!! A few extra benches around the property would have been nice too....

The only thing I did not like was the noise of the fan from the heating & A.C. unit as it never shut off

We move to this hotel from another one and it exceeded all our expectations. Staff were very friendly. Location was very clean. Really enjoyed the adult only pool time after 11pm. Definitely would stay here again.

The facility is somewhat dated - the breakfast is far from complimentary in fact cheapest item on the menu is over $17 and very dainty !

This place is fine. Needs an upgrade as everything is kinda worn. Breakfast was good. Rooms smell like old carpet a bit after vacuuming. Staff were great.

The property is not very close to amenities and it is hard to reach. Rooms are clean. Staff are super helpful. Internet is challemging and slow

Hotel is very nice and in a good location at the west end of Edmonton. The room overall was clean and comfortable, but we only received room make up once out of a three night stay, even though we asked for room service every day on check in. The bar and staff are excellent. The bar staff are friendly and willing to take the time to chat if you’re wanting to. Bar could use more glass ware; we saw staff scrambling one night for stemware as the lounge got busy. Overall, we were very happy with our stay!
