Property needs updates

Good location

This hotel was once acceptable but probably a few decades ago. Since then no maintenace of any significance was done, and it seems to be in a steady decay. This can be seen especially when doing a few steps beyond the lobby. Older furniture, Bed covers are sheets and an older style bed cover. Pillows are hard. No iron present in the complete hotel. You do have the option of this service, but it may take time to get this done. The breakfast room is on the 5th floor, and provides a basic breakfast. Also here furniture is older. Price is relatively too high compared to other hotels in the area, considering the condition of the hotel.

This hotel has not been kept well maintained. The fixtures and furniture are worn and broken. The bedding and towels are over used and rough. The breakfast doesn't have proper installation for making toast or serving eggs. We had no hot water the last day. The staff is apologetic but don't have the means to solve these problems.

This is more like a 1 star hotel, not 3 stars. The initial room we were given wasn't even cleaned yet. We were then moved to a clean one however everything in it was chipped (e.g. bathtub) or very very old.

The location is great and the individual staff members were friendly and helpful, however the hotel itself needs renovation and there were a lot of little problems that added up during the stay. We're not people who insist on 5-star treatment or "mints on the pillow" however we found the hotel overall to be mediocre at best. The heat didn't work when we arrived and stopped working again 2 days into our stay. The elevator door jammed once. Wireless internet did not work outside of the lobby and the staff didn't seem interested in fixing it. The room was clean but "lived in" - dingy, with old carpeting, accumulated dirt and dust, water stains, etc. Breakfast was basic and edible, but not much more. Overall if you just need a place to stay in a good spot this hotel will suffice, however there are probably better and more comfortable hotels in the area for a similar price.

While the hotel has a nice location . The hotel is very old and run down. The staff is not nice or helpful at all.

Hotel Velho o esgoto entupido a internet bem fraquinha

Goog hôtel for a short stay, breakfast on the first day was so so but good on the second. Double bed is two beds side by side so not very good for a couple.

Que me gusto: ubicación. Es ideal. Que no me gusto: el tamaño de la habitación. Es muy reducido. El aure acondicionado no enfriaba

noche uno, lampara de velador no funciona, tarjeta para abrir habitación no funciono, tuve que solicitar reposición dos veces, enchufe de la lampara suelto poco accesible, alfombras gastadas y sucias, habitación muy pequeña y lo que me parece mas increíble y nunca visto en un hotel, la tasa del wc sucia con sarro dia dos: envian a un técnico a ver el problema de la lampara y lo soluciona retirando una de las lamparas de la pieza y enchufando la del velador en el enchufe de la otra lampara, no repara el enchufe suelto y hundido, nuevamente tengo problemas con la tarjeta de la puerta de la habitación. tienen que resetear la caja fuerte que no la pude usar la noche anterior

Nos fue bien. Recomendable por la relación calidad precio.

Me encanto que esta cerca de todos las instalaciones son buenas pero creo que debería mejorar la calidad de la duchas y baños. El trato de los conserves y personas todo excelente. Y mejorar la señal del wifi.

Me gusto su limpieza lo q no me gusto por encontrarse en mal estado las instalaciones es el area de la pileta

La verdad la habitación me pareció mucho más chicas q las de las fotos y no tenia frigobar nuestra habitación es un hotel viejo y creo q lo están remodelando y si le hace falta mas q nada con las llaves
