Staff, breakfast,

The hotel was clean, staff was nice and polite. Breakfast was amazing for a free breakfast included.

We truly enjoyed our stay. We arrived past 1 AM and their front desk staff checked us in very quickly. We were very impressed by the warm welcome. We got the Queen room with Jacuzzi which was one of the most spacious rooms we ever had. The breakfast was also extraordinary. I give a true 5 star to this hotel and its staffs.

Great place to stay

Nice hotel, nice room, nice staff, nice breakfast. Only thing stopping it from having 5 stars is that tge Wi-Fi did not work in our room.

It was a very quiet area which was nice. Do wish the ac would stay on even when not in the room though cause it never did cool off.

This hotel was a great hotel at a great price. We stayed for a week and travelled all around the area. The food was delicious in Tutu restaurant. The staff were extremely helpful and would do anything for us. Thanks again to Michela and Elena at the front desk and Enzo and his staff in the dining room!!

Got there very late at dawn ( 5 am ) after a long drive the whole night, the person at the reception was waiting for us since midnight and gracious enough to let us leave late that same day after a well needed rest and shower, can not thank him enough, grazzie !

My Family and I had a great time in this hotel. Everything was clean and comfortable; the service was wonderful, and the TaTu restaurant is great too. The only regret would be that is located in an industrial park, but it's perfect to access Florence and Pisa.

Clean and comfortable room (business standard). Friendly and helpful staff. In the surroundings there is not much around - it's worth to go by car to Vinci - where Leonardo was born or just drive around to admire splendid Tuscan views :)

I would like to start by saying this place was wonderful. The room we received was #101 and it was clean, large and modern. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffets were excellent. To be honest, for the price you pay and for the room and service you receive I would rate this place as a 4 star, not a 3 star. If I were to have one complaint and it really is not a complaint as much more of a warning, you are a little distance from Florence and Pisa. It takes about an hour either way to get there, but if you have a car and are looking for a beautiful drive through the country side you won't mind the distance.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera (più che camera direi appartamento per la grandezza) Monolocale Deluxe. È già al primo impatto siamo rimasti contentissimi di vedere la grandezza della stanza. Per poi passare al bagno con vasca idromassaggio e doccia idromassaggio. Il top. Il personale sempre disponibile, cortese e professionale. Colazione Ottima. Cena al ristorante buonissima e locale molto curato e pulito. CONSIGLIATISSIMO. Torneremo sicuramente.

Essa estadia fica entre pisa e Florença. Ótimo quarto super espaçoso, ótimas toalhas, lençol. Café da manhã ótimo, atendido pela Tereza, super cordial e simpática. Nota 10.
