The people that work there have ZERO desire to help: 1. When checking in - the shuttle NEVER CAME to the airport, even after emailing to confirm, beforehand.
2. They refused to let my fiancé check in without me even after emailing them 2 days prior. Made her sit in the lobby for an hour in the lobby waiting for me …. while I was waiting for their shuttle that never came!!
( we flew in from separate cities. )
3.Then after we checked out they refused ( until we called them 5 times and begged them ) to give us our items that we forgot ( yes, our fault, but who keeps others’ property ). Who does this ?
AND we stayed in the suite on the top floor for 6 nights. So we paid the highest price/biggest room. AND we rented another room for her mom for 6 nights on a lower floor.
