One of the most authentic and exquisite Hotel we’ve ever stayed. We highly recommend this Hotel to those with very very high expectations.

The host was wonderful, enthusiastic and had great recommendations for sites to visit that were the outside the usual touristy spots making for an enhanced experience. Excellent well balanced breakfast. Old world elegance throughout the main premises.

Maria was a gracious host and the property is stunning! Our room was large and beautifully furnished. The breakfast was like having high tea at a five star restaurant- fresh berries, pastry cheeses, sliced vegetables, egg dishes - presentation was as amazing as the food delicious

A beautiful hotel with gardens and a spa. We picked this hotel because we were bicycling through Portugal and we could get massages after a day of riding. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Maria is friendly and very responsive to messages. The breakfast was delicious with pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt and cereals. Also numerous restaurants within walking distance and a great pizza place with outdoor seating across from the monastery. I would stay here again.

We loved this BnB it is right off the town center away from the bustle.

We had a lovely room, decorated with personal touches, and the largest bathroom we have ever seen in the more modern building. Parking was safe & onsite. Breakfast was served in the Challet in a very elegant room, very classy and had anything you could want, including fresh squeezed juice. The gated grounds are lovely. Staff were all friendly and very helpful.

Beautiful indoor decor and wonderful quiet rooms with comfortable bed. Very good breakfast in a elegant dining room, easy parking and few minutes walk to the Monastery. Gave a 4 for property conditions because the outdoors needs a little upkeep but indoors it’s great. Nice staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely come again.

Great place. Very welcoming! Breakfast was awesome! Near the big waves at Nazare. Town is great and the monastery is impressive and uncrowded. We also enjoyed the visiting the SPAL porcelain factory outlet store!
