The hotel was great and the location couldn’t be better. The only drawback is that there’s no place for a taxi/uber to drop you off as it’s on a major street. We had to haul our luggage two blocks which on cobblestone sidewalks was not easy. My recommendation is have them park near the pharmacy that is on the corner of the street as the walk from there is short. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Split.

The hotel is very well situated and is convenient to all of the main attractions of Split. The service was excellent and the room was very nice and comfortable. Where the property lost marks for me was the gym/wellness area. I picked the hotel partly for the gym, and both the cardio machines were broken, and had been for some time. There was no cleaning products in the gym, and the universal workout equipment was complicated and hard to use. In addition, the hair dryer in my room kept shutting down. If you don't care about a gym facility, then the stay is great and so was the food.

I enjoyed the free breakfast every morning. Great location and super walkable to all the good spots. Staff was helpful and very nice. If you’re the type to workout while on vacation don’t plan on using the gym. They advertise it, but it’s really not useful. It’s a very small room in the basement with pretty much unusable machines. If all you need is dumbbells, then it might work for you. There just isn’t a lot of room to maneuver with them. Also didn’t use the spa or sauna. It’s also down in the basement and didn’t seem very inviting.

Don’t stay here!!! Hotel coffee machine broken , and they had no plans to get it fixed Breakfast buffet was gross Hotel rooms need updates and remodeling You can stay in a better hotel for same or less money we found out. The split is fantastic town for a visit Sorry to say that this hotel and staff need a change.

Not worth the money. Hardly a 3 star hotel. The only good thing is the location. Modest room and modestly equipped shampoo doubles for hand soap and shower gel and no conditioner. After the room was made up, we were left we hand towel to be used for the shower. Coffee from the machine not drinkable. Breakfast average at best. Some of the staff were extremely friendly while others lacked flexibility.

I stayed in a suite at this hotel. Our room had a queen bed, a sofa bed, and another sofa. My sons slept on the sofa bed and extra sofa. They said it was ok, but not very comfortable. For one night it was fine. The beds in the next room, where we were, were very comfortable. You can separate these two areas with a sliding door for privacy, which we appreciated. The hotel is very close / walkable to the ferry terminal and old town. An uber or Bolt ride there from the airport was about 30€, a taxi would have been 40€ (June 2026 prices). The hotel included breakfast, but the 2-in-1 shampoo / soap was not great, but the shower itself was very good. A pharmacy on the corner offered high end hair products that solved that issue for me. There was a hairdryer in the room. Breakfast is included. We enjoyed eggs, croissants, and tea/coffee/juice before going out for the day to explore. The location was very convenient for catching a ferry or exploring old town.

The front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The room was very quiet even being next to the elevator we could not hear any noise. Breakfast is very nice with options like scrambled eggs that taste like good quality eggs; not the gross prepackaged stuff they feed you in America. There was roasted vegetables, bacon, sausage, and much more. They did not have wash cloths and also we did not receive our bottle of sparkling wine that was supposed to come with the reservation. We asked for more pillows and they brought a nice selection but they did not have pillow cases on them. Overall a very nice stay

A small hotel very near the TP ferry to Dubrovnik and a few blocks to the main entrance of Diocletian's palace (now a complex of shops and restaurants). It offers all the basics done very well and makes for a pleasant stay in a convenient location. The breakfast is very good. The staff is very helpful, although as they explained not large enough to assist in bringing luggage from outside. The only drawback is the parking, which is around the block and a bit of a haul with heavy luggage.

An adequate hotel clean with all basic amenities that is excellently located, within a couple of minutes from the riviera and the ferries. Very helpful staff.

Was a good place to stay in a great location. The room was advertised as a sea view. That was a stretch. Also the jacuzzi was bathtub temperature with no way to turn it up

The staff was always helpful and friendly and made checking in and out a breeze. Breakfast was delicious and my room was very comfortable, the a/c worked great, and I was on the highest floor so it was fun to watch one of the main staircases full of people. Highly recommend
