Extreme convenient.

We had an excellent time at this hotel. The staff was beyond helpful and nice. Rooms were super clean. We got the basic room, but it was larger than we expected and just fine for three nights. Great location in the heart of the city. Our only complaint was the temperature of the room at night. We had to open the window because it was so hot. The gym was also very hot and had limited equipment. It had three cardio machines and a set of hand weights (only Up to 10 kg).

Average hotel. Quick and easy check in, staff friendly, helpful and welcoming. We asked for a kettle and it was in our room on our return that evening. We were also able to borrow a plug adaptor Hotel modern and clean but the room itself was a bit tired. It had just been cleaned before we got there and there was a smell of dirty mop lingering. Not fresh at all and we had to open tge windows and spray some perfume to get rid of it. Good, quiet area near the river and a short walk to the Christmas markets

A great hotel, centrally located. Spacious, well-furnished room with comfortable bed.

Nice hotel in a quieter part of town. Excellent access to tram leading to shopping areas, short walk to river front. Convenient location if you’re staying before a Viking cruise - could walk or tram to the docking location. Only downside was value - thought the room could be nicer for the price - felt a little more basic or sparse. But it was clean, quiet, and friendly- which was the most important for us.

The hotel is located in the center of the city. Great access to public transportation, the old city, the Rhine River, and restaurants. Public transportation on buses and trams was free. The breakfasts were outstanding.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Convenient location to several POI.

Staff are very friendly and location is perfect for our short stay.

My biggest concern was the air conditioning. We stayed one night and could not get it to work properly or cool the room adequately so it was quite warm. Maybe the desk clerk could explain how to use it as it was very confusing. Also, upon showering we found that our soap dispenser was empty and had to ask for more at the desk. This is something housekeeping should check when getting a room ready. On the positive side, room was quite large, clean, modern and had great natural light.

Very comfortable and clean room just what was needed for a short city break. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating when we needed assistance. Great location with the tram and bus stops right outside which go into the city and to/from the airport. Also a short walk into the city with some great restaurants. Would definitely stay again if visiting.
