There was no coffee maker in room, no welcome bottle of water for guests on their first day check in and the worse part was that no taxi available to take us to the Bus station, we had to walk with our luggage all the way to the bus station 😞

Room was comfortable enough … very noisy neighbours on next room .. was never offered the upgrade but price was reasonable

The design of this property is so dated. The courtyard is such a poor use of space. The rooms at the rear of the property are a long walk to the elevator and tend to lack light. This property is overrun by tour groups.

It’s nice place close to the center. The issue is limited English speaking staff.

.A nice hotel near the center of town. Parking is available. The breakfast had a large selection of items including eggs. I would stay here again. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Easy to find although difficult to drive through tiny streets. Great location for restaurants and tapas bars. All told a good choice

We arrived at the TRH Cuidad Baeza having had some very hectic city stays. On arrival, the receptionist was really helpful, providing a map and advice on where to visit Checkin was easy, including the parking of our car. The hotel is in a really tranquil setting, very close to amenities and attractions. We had two nights in calm surroundings - just what we needed to recharge our batteries!

Really good hotel, marvelous breakfast. Hotel central lots of restaurants nearby. Take the mini train to find your way around only 4.50. Hotel deceptively small from outside but huge inside. Large rooms, restaurant and courtyard impressive

I have already been to Baeza and know how easy is to park on the street if you don't mind walking a bit to the hotel. This hotel has own parking but very limited places so, as soon as I saw an space on the street I parked and there was only 5 min walk to the hotel. It is very well located if you want to visit Baeza, staff pleasant enough and both room and bathroom was well clean. I will only say that the television should be a bit bigger and have some coffee facilities in the room to make it not good but excellent. Breakfast was well stocked. This was a monastery but, apart from the arches in the patio, there is not much to see. I will definitely recommend this hotel as it is both near the old town and restaurants.
