To much noise

The personal there lacks the sensitivity to accommodate people with mobility issues. No elevator and still don’t really offer help for seniors staying there. The junior suites are an issue, your bed is on an attic but the bathroom on the first floors. Very inconvenient place in many ways.

Staying here was the best decision! This was my first time visiting Morelia, and I wanted to stay close to the center. I’m so glad I chose this place. We booked the junior suite, and it was perfect. The room had a cozy little living room downstairs and the bed upstairs, which gave it a nice loft feel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. One thing that really stood out was that they cover the cost of parking nearby. At first, I was worried the parking would be far, but it was only about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Just bring your parking ticket to the front desk, they’ll staple a voucher to it, and that’s all you need to show the garage staff when you leave. Another bonus: there’s a Woolworth store right next door, kind of like a mini Target — where you can find anything you might need. The only downside, which applies to most hotels in the city center, is the street noise and activity that can go late into the night. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend bringing earplugs. But overall, this place was a great find, and I’d definitely stay here again.

Wonderful hotel! 10/10

It is in Morelia's historical center on the main street so easy to walk from it to the museums, churches,restaurants and parks. The beautiful hotel is in an old building so no elevator, but good electric outlets and air conditioning. The main street is where festivities, parades, and weekend fireworks take place and we liked being in the heart of things! If you want more quiet, get an inner room without a window. Delicious food and good beverages in the hotel restaurant were a bonus.

Excellent location. Unfortunately not all of the rooms had windows and if you had one it faced the street so subject to traffic noise but quiet from approximately 11 pm until 7 am. Staff were extremely helpful, especially since I don’t speak Spanish. Room was very nice. No amenities such as hair dryer or fridge. Bed very comfortable. All in all, I would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel is very very nice Unfortunately our room was up front and right of a very heavy noisy street Most of the staff were polite , some not so nice and we didn’t feel welcome

I like how big the suite is

The property is in a great location within a block of the cathedral. Is not noisy as if we would have stayed right by the plaza. Walkable to restaurants and museums. The only thing I would suggest is to shave the bathroom door just a bit as is way to close to the toilet.

The room we were assigned is absolutely not acceptable it is a cave there were other rooms available empty and the staff would not accept moving us even after complaints were made to them of our concerns since I have disabilities that keep me from going up n down so many steep stairs

I recently stayed at this hotel in a Junior Suite with a balcony, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The noise from a nearby club lasted until around 4 AM, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, our air conditioning unit stopped working. When we informed the staff, we were told that nothing could be done until another team arrived at 7 AM, which was highly inconvenient. Given these issues, I believe some form of compensation is warranted. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve future guest experiences. Please let me know how you plan to address this matter.
