Nice clean hotel, good amount of sun beds, Very much set up for German guests, but overall a nice stay

Everything you need and more. Comfortable, clean, well equipped, friendly staff, great location. We will be booking again.

Great holiday away in Majorca in this lovely hotel. The room was a nice size with living area, kitchen and separate bedroom. The only downside was that the shower was in need of repair or replacement towards the end of the holiday. All staff were amazing especially Claudia on reception who helped out massively with our transport from the airport and back. We didn't try the restaurant or bar as this hotel is in a great position and is surrounded by some lovely bars and restaurants. It is literally over the road from a beautiful beach as well. I used to go down to the pool around 8am to reserve a sunbed and always managed to get one so that wasn't a problem either. I thoroughly recommend this hotel and also the resort, you cant go wrong!

Very friendly staff at check-in, room very nice with a view, some refreshments needed in the kitchen. Over all a very nice experience.

Great location, next to gorgeous sandy beach. Lovely pool area with pool table, table tennis and kiddies play area. Balcony with sea view.

I've been to this hotel twice with my daughters,I'm 73 and I just love the hotel Mercedes.the staff are helpful and polite.the restaurant is lovely with outside seating,and a great variety of wonderful food. the views from the rooms of the beach and the sea,are so calming and tranquil.I love the fact that hotel Mercedes is an apart hotel,with kitchen appliances,spacious lounge,and bedroom ,the beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept in.i would recommend this hotel to anyone,and they won't be disappointed.

Couldn't fault the hotel, other than the night time entertainment was slightly low key and all rapped up by 10pm, but this didn't bother us as we like to explore the resort, but just thought I'd mention it for future guests. Also the hotel clientele is predominantly Germany, which again didn't bother us as Cala Millor is really focused towards the Germans as you'll notice the German wheat beer they have on offer in the bars/resturants is excellent! I especially recommend Paulaner! Would highly recommend the hotel and Cala Millor resort for a good relaxing family/couples holiday.

We arrived on 7th October for 10 days. Hotel arranged transport to and back to airport. Situation of Hotel is at the beach and supermarket just across the road. Staff were extremely friendly and apartment was excellent . I have already recommended this to friends.

We stayed for 2 weeks during August and we had a great holiday, the only very small down side was our younger daughter did not make any friends to play with at the pool as most of the other guests were from Germany. Lots of sun beds available all day, great location, all the staff and guests were very pleasantand we would recommend this hotel,

While check in shouldn't be a long process the staff took no time to make us feel welcome after our trip. Nobody acknowledged us during our stay and check out was much the same. The room was ok although beds were like hospital beds and the shower never really got hot. Beware of leaving luggage at the hotel reception. There is no security as anyone is allowed the key with no checks and can enter the room unsupervised!! Not at all geared up for guests from the UK.

Excellent location and good value. Only disappointing things were very hard mattresses on beds, no lunch service beyond 2.30pm at restaurant and in door pool out of use on the only day it was wet and could not use outdoor pool or sea.

Spacious apartment in great location with lovely views from balcony. Hotel/resort predominantly German so very little information in English but otherwise very happy.

Hotel und Einrichtung robust, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Kinderstühle sind allerdings nicht alle in Ordnung (Bänder zum festhalten teilweise defekt). Ansonsten alles sauber. Leider war das Essen nicht immer heiß, sondern meist nur lauwarm bis kalt.

Ett bra boende med ett bra läge. Hotellet är helt och rent och har en bra poolarea och väldigt nära till en jättefin strand med turkost vatten. Uppvärmd inomhuspool och en ouppvärmd utomhuspool. Lägenheterna är helt ok utrustade även om det är sparsamt med porslin och glas. Tyvärr väldigt lyhört mellan lägenheterna så ta med öronproppar. Personalen är trevlig men förvånande att ingen förutom receptionen talar engelska. Aktiviteterna för familjer och barn var trevliga och ”Martha” var en riktigt bra lekledare som talade flytande spanska, engelska samt tyska. Hotellet domineras av tyskar. Se till att välja ”Poolside” om ni vill ha sol från lunch till kväll eller hoppas på turen att få sol på balkongen på morgonen på ”gardenside”. Nära till affärer och restauranger. Lite oflexibel personal när man vill t ex byta en poolhandduk så kan man bara göra det vissa dagar men man kan hyra varje dag en ny. Summerat ett bra hotell som har det nödvändigaste för en trevlig vistelse.

Man merkt dem Hotel das Alter an. Es ist zwar alles sauber, jedoch ist in Zukunft eine Renovierung erforderlich. Das Mobiliar in den Appartements sollte ebenfalls erneuert werden. Lage ist top.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Mobiliar aber alles sauber . Das Personal ist immer freundlich und hat ein Lächeln für ihre Gäste übrig

Würde immer wieder gehen

Große Zimmer (Apartments) mit einer guten Ausstattung. Die Möbel sind etwas angeschlagen, doch das kann man übersehen. Das Essen war gut und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage ist perfekt für jeden der einfach nur am Strand liegen möchte oder auch für Ausflüge.

We really enjoyed our stay, also that it was made possible to change the room to the upper floor with the sea view we‘ve looked forward to. We especially enjoyed the big rooms, big balcony, view, the breakfast and the animation, which was not to intrusive.
