Nicely decorated, very spacious, very clean and quiet room. Room had all the amenities. Jean-Paul and staff was very helpful and friendly. A couple of excellent restaurants within walking distance. Short driving distances to supermarket and downtown Haguenau. Easy access to highway towards Strasbourg or Germany.

Inspite of using the room for almost an entire day we were not charged extra for it. A nice chinese bar and restaurant is right across the hotel. Hotel is in a quiet area. Very serene atmosphere. Would use it again.

Pleasant hotel, good size rooms. Remote location but close enough to restaurants. Thought I had booked on line through American hotels.com site, provided payment details to get charged in US dollars but was informed on arrival that I needed to pay and was charged in Euros. Will need to check that it was not a duplicate charge and price chadged converted to price quoted in dollars.

The hotel is fine in most part, clean, modern and reasonable pricing. The problem with it is it is miles from the center of town on a deserted industrial estate next to a little used aerodrome. We arrived at 7 pm on a Sunday evening in August after a long drive. I think we were the only occupants. And a part time receptionist. Quite spooky. I didnt sleep well that night worrying about being on my own in a remote building with my young family. On reflection if it had been earlier in the day, i would have loaded everyone up in the car and driven into the center of town and found somewhere else to stay.

Champ'Alsace is located in the small French city Hagenau. There are two Champ'Alsace in the city; one in the centre and one by an aerodrome. We chose the hotel by the aerodrome since it had more stars. The hotel is located far away from the city centre and other sights. However, the staff was nice and spoke good English. The room was big but with a strange design where the shower and basin was in one part of the room and the toilet in the other. Good wireless internet connection in the room. Works well for overnight stay and if you are planning to explore the area by car.

Excellent accueil et communication parfaite, Merci Jean-Paul! Quel plaisir d'arriver dans une chambre chauffée. Hôtel rustique, agréable, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Ma seule déconvenue fut d'être proche de l'ascenseur, qu'on entend fonctionner lors de son mouvement, mais en soit il est peu ou pas utilisé la nuit, globalement ma nuit s'est très bien passée Petit déjeuner assez complet, il y en a pour tous les goûts.

2 Hotels im selben Ort mit demselben Namen. Eines in Stadtmitte und das gebuchte etwas abgelegen in einem Industriegebiet, dafür aber relativ ruhig. Zimmer-Einrichtung und Dekoration etwas speziell, aber ansonsten ok. Minimal Ausstattung im Bad; - nicht in allem 3-Sterne gemäß, aber für das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis akzeptabel.

Ravis de notre réservation. Nous étions de passage dans la région et avions réservé pour 1 nuit. L'accueil a été parfait, nous avions eu un contact téléphonique avant d'arriver. L'hôtel est très propre, nous avons passé la nuit au calme dans une chambre parfaite pour 3 personnes. La salle de bain (avec douche à l'italienne) et les toilettes (séparés) sont très bien entretenus. La literie est parfaite. Le petit déjeuner s'est bien passé avec un bon choix de produits et avec un personnel sympathique. Petit bémol sur les horaires de ce dernier : 7h30-9h30 qui nous ont obligés à nous lever relativement tôt (après une journée très chargée) et une salle plutôt petite. A 3 minutes en voiture du superbe centre ville, nous sommes allés nous balader mais sans penser "jour férié en ville de province". Nous avons eu du mal à trouver de quoi manger en cette soirée de l'Ascension et les bars fermaient à 19h mais ce n'est qu'un détail car nous sommes ravis d'avoir réservé dans cet hôtel.

On a passé un séjour agréable. Chambre propre et accueil irréprochable. Le petit déjeuner était également au satisfaisant. Je recommande cet hôtel
