Typical small Japanese hotel. Great location to go shopping at sano outlet mall and easy access to limousine bus to either airports.

Candeo hotel in Sano is a good business hotel. The rooms are small, as usual in Japan but it's pretty new and clean. Breakfast buffet is one of the best I had in Japan, wide choice of good quality food. It's not a place I would recommend to go for holidays, but if you have to go for business, then it's a good hotel to stay in.

Candeo hotel in Sano is a good hotel if you have to stay in this remote place for business. Breakfast is good and the spa is a real plus, a great Japanese experience. Not much to do around but many options for dinner at less 10 minutes by walking. The only elevator is always super busy, better to be patient...

Candeo hotel in Sano is a great business hotel. As usual in Japan, the rooms are tiny but clean and well maintained. The breakfast is super good, mixed western and Japanese style. Not much to do around but a few resto at 5 to 10 minutes walking distance, around the mall eon. Overall the best business hotel around that place.

Candeo hotel in Sano is a good business hotel. The rooms are small but everything is modern and clean. The breakfast buffet provides a good variety of food. The hotel is located at a walking distance from the premium outlet. Not much to do around that place for foreigners. There is a bus station nearby as well, for an easy access to Tokyo and as well the airports. I enjoyed my stay at Candeo hotel.

The best part about this hotel it is very close to the outlet shopping mall. The hotel itself is neat and clean, the staff are friendly, however the double room is quite small.

I only stayed one night at the Candeo but found the reception staff to be very nice and helpful. My room was clean as was the Hotel in general. I found the bed to be too firm compared to beds in western countries, which detracted from a good night's sleep. I understand that hotel beds in Japan are all similarly firm, which appears to be a cultural thing with Japan.

スタッフの方の対応も良く、何より大浴場があるのがありがたかった。 欲を言えば、エレベーターが1台のため階移動に少し時間がかかる点と、浴室の交換が土曜日の23時からで混雑している時間帯だったため、その点が日付が変わったあとの閑散時間にしていただけるとよりよいかなと感じた。 総じての評価は非常によいホテルでした！

そこまで大きくはないが、良い大浴場でした。部屋もとてもきれいです。

エレベーターが1台しかなく待ち時間が長いのがちょっと減点。

お風呂が広くてサウナもあり、気持ちがよく入浴できました。いつも大浴場があるホテルを予約します。

せめて靴を拭けるペーパーっは欲しい。 旅行カバンを置く台が有ると良い。

清潔な客室でスタッフの対応も良かったです。 エレベーターが一つしかなくて、この三連休人が多く混み合っていました。 一度に乗れず待つ事が多かった。
