The room is decently big and clean, but the best thing about this hotel is the location to the Kyoto station where you can access the shinkansen and the Karasuma metro line with a short 2-minute walk.

Very close to Kyoto Station, just across the street. The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful with check-in and room upgrades, even giving me a larger room with a great view.

The room was nice and clean. We stayed for 5 days and it was easy to reach many places from here.

The hotel is in front of the train station, surrounded by so many restaurants & shops. This is the 2nd time I stay there.

Near shopping mall, convenient store, there is no lobby for car to go in. Instead, you will need to park in a cross of hotel.

The location is very strategic, just cross to Kyoto station, you can also go through Undergrown, next to it is Avanti Mall, there are GU, Seria, Don Quijote shops.

Good location. Big rooms. 2 double beds. A bit dated interior but everything super clean and everything works. Busy hotel but enough elevators. Just next door to Avanti and a short walk underground to Porta shopping and dining and Isetan. Great stay!

The location is very strategic opposite Kyoto Station. Right next door there is a 7-11 and Avanti Mall so it's easy if you want to buy food or other items. The room is quite large for a Japanese hotel, the bed is also large. The staff is friendly and can speak English well.
