Super nice and breakfast super delicious!

Great parking underground easy to access but comes at a nightly cost. Breakfast was very good, plenty of buffet choices.

There are better options

Everything was alright apart of the dirt and hair all over the bathroom, toilet, floor

Excellent overall

Nice hotel within 15-20 minutes walk to the centre but there are some local bars and cafes very close by. Nice lobby area but no bar. Free parking available right beside the hotel. Rooms were nice but not very spacious due to oversized sofa which took up a lot of space.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. The only thing they need is a restaurant for lunch and dinner.

Very well located

We had a disappointing experience during our stay last night. We didn't receive the room we had paid for but were given a cheaper one instead. To make matters worse, the heating in the room was unbearable—there were no controls, and the temperature felt like it was at least 30°C, making it nearly impossible to sleep. When we raised our concerns with the front desk in the morning, they were dismissive and unhelpful, simply telling us to contact the third party we booked through. Overall, a very disappointing stay, and we wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on our experience.

What I liked the most is the relaxing environment that offers being on the Hotel and outside of it. Also the facilities and the organized things. I rate this hotel 9 out of 10 because the footsteps on the other rooms and the noise people make can be heard and scare you with the doors closing roughly. Lo que mas me gustó fue el ambiente relajante que ofrece estando en el Hotel y fuera de él. También las facilidades y las cosas organizadas. Le doy un 9/10 porque los pasos en las otras habitaciones se escuchaban y te asustaban de repente con mas puertas cerrándose fuertemente.

Great hotel! Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff is kind and attentive.

Receptionist was a Bit grumpy and did not welcomed us. One of these days. Room service was ok - but on the expensive side in relation to portion. Taste and freshness was good

Work trip the Valladolid, this was an easy to get hotel, very clean and nice staff.

Comfortable hotel with helpful staff. Second visit but still had problems finding the hotel - no signage at ground level and difficult to see in the dark! Lousy directions from Google Maps didn't help.
