Easy to reach

AC of my room didn’t work because of hotel’s setting. So I opened the window of my room all night. And the shower room is full of mold.

Great hotel . With all necessary amenities . Near station and with a parking next to hotel with abt 800 yen parking fee seprate.

Front desk staff no English speaking at all, not recommend to international travelers

The hotel is definitely on the older sign - it's well worn, but the rooms are comfortable. Free breakfast is across the street, at the Komatsu Grand Hotel (another APA property). The hotel is close to Komatsu's main shopping area and Rojo Park. Parking is cheap (about 800 yen).

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic but have everything what is necessary. Good location near railway station. Carpets on the corridor need to be renewed.

朝食なしでしたが、部屋は清潔で特に不満なし。

初めてアパホテルを利用しましたが、とても良かったです。受付の方も印象良く、系列ホテルの大浴場も利用できたので概ね満足です。ひとつ不満があるとすれば、エアコンが暖房しか使えなかったことです。泊まったのは11月だったのですが、まだ少し暑い日だったので冷房が使えると良かったなと思いました。

朝食が、種類も多く、早朝6時から開いていて助かりました。和食、洋食選べて、外国人にも良いかも。近くに商店街があり、雨の日でもあまり濡れずにホテルに着いたのは良かったです。

駅近く便利だと思いますが、設備がやや古く感じました。

客室は綺麗、スタッフは丁寧な接客、設備も普通、ただ気になったのは宿泊価格かな?!高くなりましたね！ 今の経済状況なら仕方ないのかも...でも他の全国系列ビジネスホテルはまだ安い所があるのでので！それも朝食付きで！それだけがちょっと残念です。

禁煙の部屋のはずが、エレベーターを降りた所からタバコ臭く、部屋を開けたら更にタバコ臭かった。寝具にもタバコ臭が染み込んでいた。

朝食のメニューが豊富で美味しかったです。

One of women staff didn't have smile and seem to be professional.　女性のフロント担当者、良いサービスの方と全然笑顔のないサービスのことばを言わない人がいました。

don’t stay in 9th,elevator operates with huge noise in the night,and color isn’t working from beginning.

温泉がよかった

大浴場が別のアパホテルだったので、移動が面倒でした
